With clear and effective communication throughout, Sophie and the team at RA Bennetts are committed to doing right by their customers. And routinely go the extra mile. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Sophie and the team to sell two properties this year, despite everything else going on, they got it done. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or to use them again!

After meeting with Sophie only once after a viewing, we immediately felt at ease and full of confidence that RA BENNETTS were the right estate agent to help sell our home and purchase our next property, after our previous sale falling through. From the beginning their service was incredible and faultless and the manager Kristina, got the ball rolling the following day after our enquiry. We were kept in the loop with every move, weekly check ins and updates ensuring a smooth process between all parties involved. Sophie worked endlessly to find us a buyer, pushing to hit agreed deadlines yet still allowing us to have a stress free sale/purchase experience. We cannot recommend RA BENNETTS enough and stress to people how wonderfully excellent they really are! They go above and beyond for their clients and we cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Sophie was absolutely incredible. She supported us fully with our hunt for a house and went that extra mile to help us understand the process as first time buyers. We were so impressed by her that we have already discussed contacting her in the future when we eventually move on from our current home. Thanks for everything Sophie!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Kristina and Sophie were genuinely amazing. From valuation to constant communication and updates during the whole sale process, I simply can not fault them in any way; I could not have any higher recommendation for these two ladies. The fact that I sold my second property through them after two months of selling my first one shows their expertise and professionalism - a genuine pleasure to do business with. And they managed to sell both properties on their first day of viewings by having a network of clients and understanding of their needs - and Kristina valued my one property and 11% higher than another local agent and it still sold at full price. As I have said, I could not recommend them more highly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I’ve recently worked with RA Bennett in Cheltenham both as a buyer and a vendor and I would highly recommend them, particularly Sophie. We happened to meet her when she showed us round the house we were buying earlier this year and found her so exceptional to work with that she was our immediate first choice when putting our home on the market. Sophie is very professional, friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks to the whole team, Adam and Kristina have also been really great!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I really can't fault the service provided to us by RA Bennett during our house sale - they are exactly who you need on your side during a particularly stressful process. I don't think we would've got through it without them! Every communication was followed up with swiftly, and we felt in safe and capable hands throughout. They really went the extra mile to move the process along and keep us in the loop of everything - even frequently working and responding to our emails on their days off. Many thanks to Sophie, Shaun, Kristina and the team; I'd very much recommend RA Bennett and would use again in a heartbeat.

We couldn’t recommend RA Bennett enough. From the first appointment with Kristina to explain everything to then Sophie taking responsibility for our house sale. She was fantastic, she took time to understand what type of buyer we needed for our position. We got a sale agreed very quickly and the viewings she conducted were all from serious and proceed-able buyers, she kept in touch regularly with feedback and made sure we always knew what was going on. I think they are competitively priced and the level of communication is great. Would recommend to all. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Caroline Preston was always really easy to reach and very informative. Obviously it was a difficult time purchasing the house during the pandemic, but she managed to keep us updated every step of the way and get things quickly in motion once the restrictions were lifted. Nothing felt like too much trouble and she was always very friendly and professional.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
