Basically I will never use their services again. It all started very good and everything went great until the house sold. After the house sold, it felt like Emma was working for the people buying my house instead of me. Instead of making my life easier she became a nuisance during the selling process. The Sales Team at RA Bennett in Stratford (Emma, Russell and Annette) have recently sold my house for me and they did an outstanding job. There were a few hurdles along the way before the right buyer came along and throughout the process they were always friendly, helpful and Emma in particular gave solid and frank advice when needed and is very knowledgeable regarding the local market, also keeping me regularly updated and providing feedback after each viewing. Russell went above and beyond on a couple of occasions when the house was empty and needed attention, and he skilfully negotiated the final sale price with the buyer.
