GoogleWe were away whilst the tenant was moving in and had a few issues with the tenant and need to find another one. Both Jasmine and Ellouise were brilliant, they just sorted everything for us without a problem. I couldn't recommend them higher

GoogleSophie and Kristina did a great job in helping and pushing through my purchase. Great bonus was to see that Kristina and Sophie wanted to make things work for both buyer and seller instead of telling the buyer off every time there was a problem and that is what made the deal happen in the end. Big thanks
Thank you for the fantastic 5* review and I would like to wish you the very best for the future. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleThe team at RA Bennet were fantastic. My sale was not as straightforward as it should/could have been (not down to the agents). The fact that we reached a successful conclusion is down in no small measure to the efforts of Sophie and Kristina. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAfter looking for months for a house to rent in Cheltenham we went to view a house on a Saturday morning. We instantly fell in love with it and the agent who showed us around was so helpful and friendly they made the process of renting painless. This was also reflected when we saw the house again and the other agent let us view it. We felt so at ease with them which was really helpful as it meant we were not afraid to ask questions which they answered quickly and promptly. I would highly recommend using R A Bennentt.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSophie was extremely helpful and pro-active right from the start. She gave us regular updates and we always knew what was happening with the sale of our flat. It sold far quicker than we expected, with a great line-up of solid possible buyers. Always courteous, positive and well-informed, Sophie Harkness was top-notch. Thank you Sophie!
Many thanks for the fantastic 5* review. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleSophie and Oliver did a great job at selling my house in town. They pitched the sale at the perfect price and targeted the right prospective buyers. I had 13 offers on my house, which Sophie vetted and gave me a report on. There was no pressure put on me to go with their "known" buyers. It took approx 3 1/2 months from the agent"s initial viewing to sale completion. My only criticism of the branch would be that there needs to be someone always available to pick up the phone. Anything house related is stressful and voicemail adds to frustration. Emails were usually responded to within 24h. All in all a great service and a better experience than with previous house sales. Thanks again
Thank you for your glowing 5* review and your kind words. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.
