I've just ended my tenancy in a property I rented through RA Bennett. The Letting Manager in the Stratford upon Avon branch, Dal Bains dealt with the return of my deposit. My emails were replied to so quickly. Great communication is key to keeping customers like myself happy and Dal certainly does that. His interested professional positive nature was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

Emma and the team dealt brilliantly with the sale of our late parents' apartment. Communication was excellent throughout and any problems with the less than completely straightforward sale of a leasehold property were smoothed by Emma keeping communications between ourselves and the buyer going with speed.

This agent is the perfect one to work with. I could find the best suitable house for me within 1 day. My special thanks goes to Dal Bains / Lettings Manager at Stratford Upon Avon. He is really good at his area. I talked him in the morning, I could visited the house in the afternoon at same day. Next day after reference check I could sign my contract. He knows his customers very well. And can match right landlord with tenant at once. Also he always answers his phone and helps. Thank you.

Emma and the team at the RA Bennett’s office in Stratford upon Avon are absolutely fantastic! Total professionals through and through but with a really approachable and down to earth nature. They were so proactive in their approach to selling our property that it was sold before the photos even went online! They have also been fab with communication, guiding us through every step of the process. Emma and her team are the only agent in Stratford that I would recommend! Total 5 star service!

I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received from Russell, Emma and Lauren when we sold our property through RA Bennett recently. They are a small proactive and friendly team. From the moment we asked for a valuation to the day we completed, we received appropriate advice and regular updates. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would without hesitation use their services again.

I wanted to take time out of my day to publicly recognise Emma and her team for the exceptional level of service my wife and I received whilst selling our home. Our house was only on the market for a few Weeks before we received an offer. We had used another lettings agent in Stratford previously whilst trying to sell our home, who were nowhere near on the same level as RA bennett. Our situation looked to be a straightforward sale/purchase, but it turned out to be a little more complex and tricky with a lot of errors being made by the developer and Conveyancing, but RA Bennett remained consistently exceptional throughout the entire process. Their constant communication whether it was key milestones in the process or just updates on what they were chasing, we were kept in the loop all the time. It just instilled confidence in us. But what really stood out to me as going the extra mile is nothing was ever too much trouble for Emma or her team. At times Emma was doing most of the chasing for us when I am sure it was not in her remit to have to do it, but you always felt that Emma and her team want to help you. They have your best interest at heart and they care about you and your situation. I honestly couldn’t recommend Emma and her team highly enough! I am probably never going to move again, but if I were I would without hesitation go straight back to RA Bennett and deal with Emma. If you are unsure about who to use and hesitant on selecting an estate agent (as we were after our first experience with a competitor), use Emma at RA Bennett you honestly won’t be disappointed! Thank you Emma and the team we literally couldn’t have done it without you! :)

The whole team at RA Bennett’s have been amazing. I have dealt with other estate agents and they do not match Emma and her team. Emma and Russell kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my sale. They were both professional and provided an excellent service. I highly recommend using RA Bennett’s in Stratford Upon Avon if you want outstanding customer service!

We recently sold our property through Emma and her team at RA Bennett. From start to finish they were brilliant! Our property sold very quickly, for a price above asking. It, unfortunately, took us a year to find a property to buy, losing a buyer along the way and they worked tenaciously to find us a new buyer as soon as possible. Once we found a property Emma chased every agent in our long chain to get updates and progress the sales, likely bringing our move date sooner. At every step of our sale, we were given updates at least once a week which was very reassuring. We also used their in-house mortgage advisor Rob. He was able to provide us with the best rates and highest borrowing amount of any mortgage advisor we spoke with. He also worked through weekends and his days off to ensure our mortgage application progressed as quickly as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to sell or buy a property with RA Bennett again in the future!
