I had the pleasure of working with Izabela and her team @ RA Bennett in Cheltenham recently, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From the moment I walked into their office, Izabela was not only knowledgeable about the Cheltenham housing market but also incredibly patient. What impressed me the most was her dedication to finding the right property for me. She was proactive in scheduling viewings, providing valuable insights about each neighborhood, and guiding me through the entire buying process. The communication was outstanding. The level of transparency and responsiveness made the entire experience stress-free. In the end, thanks to Izabela, I found my dream home in Cheltenham. I can't recommend her enough. If you're looking for a property in Cheltenham, do yourself a favor and reach out RA Bennett team. They truly go above and beyond to make your property search a success!

I have used RA Bennett numerous times to find tenants for my rental properties. I have always received a very professional service from Ellouise and the team, and this time was no different. Within a month of first contacting the office the property was marketed, a viewing day scheduled, tenants selected and approved, previous tenants moved out and new tenants in. Ellouise is very responsive with communication and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.

Left a voicemail to call me back and also left my e-mail address at the office about a property I was interested in. No one even bothered to call/ e-mail back. Dealt with other estate agents, none as unprofessional as this.

Property came up, we were so interested as it was what we were looking for in the area where we want to buy in regards of schools, I called straight away, 8 times for two days at different times of the day and nobody answered to book a viewing! Now it says it is sold, not even giving us chance to view and make an offer! We are not in the chain and are proceedable buyers, but they haven’t answered phone calls for 2 days! wondering if the property was sold to somebody they know, not even giving us an opportunity for viewing :-/ will be avoiding your firm from now on

Charlotte Milner of R A Bennetts is an outstanding letting Agent. I recently found myself quite unexpectedly in need of a new home to rent and as a retiree who has managed my finances to be the most tax efficient my situation is complex. Where many people would have simply said it was to difficult she understood the difficulty and with knowledge, skill, patience and professionalism negotiated with the Landlord and the credit agency to make a deal enabling me to secure a new home. Through a long working life I can honestly say she stand head and shoulders above almost everyone I have worked with or employed, she has been calm and confident and kept me fully in informed all the way and with great skill produced the perfect outcome. She is a absolute credit to the branch at Worcester. Thank you Lotti Peter Spice
