Like many people I didn't have a very high opinion of estate agents but when my Dad chose Bennetts to sell my parents' house, I was impressed straight away by Emma's efficiency, integrity and kindness. Lauren and Claire were also good. We were pleased to get offers in quickly and to secure buyers. My only criticism would be that communication with us was sometimes patchy and it sometimes felt like individual members of staff were not talking to each other and passing information on.

After a particularly stressful life event, Freya was the first person I dealt with during my search for my first rental property. She was so warm and welcoming during the viewing and was incredibly knowledgeable. She has been fantastic throughout the entire process. I wanted to leave a separate review for Megan but I’m clearly not technologically gifted enough for that. After the viewing and completing the paperwork is when I was introduced to Megan. I interacted with her mostly throughout the latter stages of the application, it got immensely stressful at times but her responses were quick and reassuring. She kept on top of us to make sure nothing was missed and that I could get into the house when originally planned. It took some time but we got there and I’m so happy in my first home. Thank you so much to Freya and Megan for making a nervous time so much easier.

We recently purchased our first home through RA Bennett’s and had a great experience. We were firstly shown the property (along with a few others) by Lauren who was very friendly and informative and was always on hand to answer any questions throughout the sale as well as initially helping us to find a suitable property. Emma ensured everything went smoothly and kept us up to date with where we were in the process. We also used Rob for our mortgage, he was definitely the most thorough and reliable broker we found after visiting a few in the local area. Rob was the only one we found that discussed all costs involved with the house buying process up front (super useful as we were first time buyers). He found us a great deal and even managed to beat this just before completion! He was on hand at all times for all of our questions (I had a fair few!!) which was very reassuring and took away any stress or uncertainty from the process.
