She consistently advocated for us and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure things stayed on track, to fix issues that weren't within her remit, and to generally provide a positive approach to what was a frustrating situation because of others in the chain. GoogleSold our house in Warwick. Luke was extremely enthusiastic and positive about our home and gave us the confidence to put it on the market. Good comms from Anthony with arranging viewings. But big shout out to Ian for managing the process from offer acceptance to exchange, which at times involved some tricky phone calls (including some reassurance to my wife that all was going to be OK!). Recommended.

When the Bank of England recently reduced interest rates, Robert proactively got our rate lowered without us even asking. Normally, a rate change takes about a week to process, but he managed to get it done in just one day! We’re really grateful for his efficiency and support throughout the journey. Highly recommended!
