GoogleDon't turn up to viewings AVOID!!!!

GoogleArranged a viewing on a property the estate agent didn’t turn up to the viewing. Never informed us they wouldn’t be turning up. This company also passed our details onto other estate agent who have rang me every day since trying to sell our house even though we explicitly said we didn’t want them to. When we called to arrange the viewing they suggested that we weren’t good enough to buy the property and was trying to put us off seeing the house even though they never knew anything about us! If you are looking to use them maybe keep this in mind as they are rude and unfriendly to potential buyers

GoogleUsed the mortgage services from Countrywide through R.A. Bennett & Partners. The service we received was second to none. Robert took the time to talk us through everything to do with our mortgage options and even steered us in the right direction of where to get answers when the problems were not ones he could answer. Really appreciated all of the help and would certainly recommend the services, especially for first time buyers.

GoogleWe would definitely recommend this agent. A realistic valuation and no a hidden charges. Rachel was a star, she and her team kept on top of things when there was the threat of the wheels coming off due to another vendors solicitor! The branch kept channels open and liaised with all concerned. Score of 4 is because of hiccup at the start with advertising but this was quickly and correctly rectified and there's always room for improvement! A professional, friendly and committed team. Always felt in safe hands.

GoogleAfter meeting with several estate agencies I felt very confident in choosing R.A Bennett. My property was sold within 3 weeks of been put up for sale and the service that was provided throughout the sale process was fantastic!!! Although I have already said this to them I just wanted to give another big thank you again to the whole team for everything from start to completion.

GoogleThis is the second time I have used the lettings team at R.A. Bennett and can honestly say their service is fantastic. I feel they take all the stress out of finding a new tenant. They have offer to go above and beyond. I receive texts every time there is a viewing and get constructive feedback where a tenant declines. When I raised one concern with an element of their service they were very quick to ensure it was dealt with to my satisfaction. My Mum has let through another agent on Euston Place and has not had the same experience, turns out they are not all the same! Many thanks to Will, Aimee and the team in lettings.

GoogleThese cowboys take multiple non-refundable deposits prior to viewing a letting property! I'd travelled 50 miles!. Not sure if the owners are aware of this?! They are nice as pie when you enquire! And downright rude afterwards! Especially Louise! Sarah branch manager doesn't respond to emails and George needs more work experience. As I know the owner of the property I viewed, I have let her know my concerns!

GoogleIncredibly poor service, I strongly suggest using another agent. My grandmother tried to sell a house through them and they were extremely unhelpful. Worst of all, they were very dishonest, withholding facts about the buyers. This naturally lead to weeks of stress and disappointment until she was forced to go to another agency. I recommend you take this advice if you value your time and want an efficient service!

GoogleDespite an initial appearance of professional competency, over the weeks we came to realize that R.A. Bennett and co are simply a bunch of dishonest, corner-cutting and forthright property bandits masquerading as a high street estate agency. From the wrong photographs, errors aplenty in the property description, failure to communicate true details of potential buyers, mendacious affirmations as to required tasks' completion, to a general failure to execute the most basic tasks in a professional and logical manner (sign installed at a neighbour's!), our experience with this company has been a complete nightmare and one we're unlikely to forget in a hurry. My advice, stay away if you value your property dealings and/or general sanity.
