GoogleWant to thank personally Grace and Aimee in helping my wife, 17mth old daughter and myself in recent relocation from Birmingham to Warwick in finding house to rent. Due to circumstances beyond our control with Purchaser of house in Birmingham they kept updating us on our rental property wanting to rent whilst to best of our ability with sale of property. We are now very happy and settled in at Woodloes Park and wouldn't have been if wasn't for both these Ladies R A Bennett at Leamington Spa!

First time renting a flat in England on my own and after deciding which apartment to take, I had an excellent customer experience, Daniel has been very proactive and was very informative and professional throughout the whole process. I also want to thank Aimee Lindsey, senior Letting Negociator who also helped a lot and was very helpful with all the documents. Overall great team and experience at RA Bennet, can only recommend.

GoogleWould not let me view a house unless I registered with them. Why? Apparently so they could find me the right house. On pointing out I could use Rightmove and had no desire to be inboxed with other houses they told me 'register with us or you can't view the house'. Never had that with any other agent. Not prepared to be dictated to by an estate agent, they're supposed to be working on behalf of the buyer not themselves.

GoogleI would not recommend using their services if your looking for renting an apartment. They do no answer back emails, call back nor give invoices unless you demand it and still they don’t clarify in the invoice what it was for. (And their prices are not cheap!) I also had to chase them for a month to get my deposit back. Extremely cold staff (especially Aimee) they are all just waiting to show you the way out - the second you enter the door. In short it’s a place that makes sure that you are aware that they don’t care about you, only your money.

GoogleAs a first time buyer in the first instance i was overwhelmed by the process and the complexity of buying a house but after a chat with Rob Tomlinson and a House viewing by Hannah Tomlinson I felt very comfortable and excited to continue with the Buy. Throughout the whole process Rob, Hanna and the RA and Bennett team have been very supportive and extreamly Pro active at reassuring and guideing me through all the phases of the purchase. GoogleFrom my first meeting with Robert Tomlinson and arranging mortgage , the house purchase was stress free and I felt well supported throughout. No question was too trivial and actions responded to in a professional manner. Robert was always available to meet, telephone or email, a valuable service. Hannah Tomlinson and her team were also amazing with communication throughout the whole house buying process. An excellent personal service from all the team at R A Bennett.

GoogleThis is the second time we have used RA Bennetts and I would highly recommend. We also used their solicitors and mortgage advisor both of which I would recommend again and again. Rachel, Jen and the branch team kept me informed and helped chase through what was a difficult sale. Robert was a fantastic help with our mortgage and also chasing up the solicitors on both sides. Overall they were all great and if I was to move again then I would always go straight to R A Bennetts! Thanks for all your help! :)

GoogleDean Russle - A professional yet friendly mortgage advisor Dean works as a mortgage advisor within R. A.Bennett. Dean was my mortgage advisor when I first bought my property in 2016. Dean contacted me when it was time to re-mortgage in 2018 with plenty of time to put everything into place. I can honestly say that this is someone that will go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. While providing a mortgage that fits my requirements and lifestyle, Dean made sure that there was the least amount of work and stress placed on my shoulders throughout the process - I cannot thank him enough for this and would recommend to those looking for an advisor. Someone that is knowledgeable in their field but also has the interpersonal skills to make it a more enjoyable experience.

GoogleWe visited RABennet to see Dean Russell, mortgage consultant for countrywide. He initially stayed late to see us as due to work commitments we were unable to get there during normal office hours. Dean remained just as dedicated, friendly, reliable and professional throughout the 10 months that we dealt with him. It was a complicated sale and the purchase wasn't much easier, but Dean was on hand throughout supporting and fighting our corner for us. He gave sound advice and went above and beyond what he needed to do. We couldn't have asked anything more of him as he delivered every step of the way. We recommend Dean to anyone looking for a mortgage and look forward to seeing him again in 2 years to remortgage.

GoogleSadly, our experience was not great, from start to finish the attitude of staff was disinterest, even when the rental property was dirty on the day we were handed the keys, on the day we left it was thoroughly examined??! Repairs were very slow and we still had a considerable amount of rain coming in after a year of reporting it. There didn’t seem to be any communication as we were asked for the same information by different people. As a rule I am pretty patient but the service we received really made me angry on more than one occasion.The final insult was a four week wait for the return of our deposit despite the property inspection report being prompt and all OK.
