Miss sold a rental property. Full of mould, rising damp (freshly painted to disguise, but quickly came through within a few days), disgustingly dirty (apparently it's my job to request a clean). Washing machine which I have to leave "in the same condition" which is full of animal fur, mould, the draw is vile and full of smelly yellow and black gunk which I've attempted to clean inbetween throwing up. Broken glass/mirror left open in the living room. Open wires which are a risk to safety. Weird gross patches on the carpets which we assumed would be cleaned, my job apparently. You can actually taste the mould in the house now and I'm actually worried for my health. Will be seeking legal advise, since your lovely agent has washed her hands of us now that she's got her commission. Speak soon Edit. Washing machine and dryer also doesn't work Now, my problem apparently.

R A Bennett in Stafford upon Avon recently sold our house. Despite some unnecessary obstruction with the buyer solicitor Emma and her team worked tirelessly to complete the sale I found them to be very professional and helpful at all times Five star communications constantly keeping us up to date I would have no hesitation but to recommend them to any potential property seller Frank & Lynn Bennett

I had a bit of a tricky situation come up earlier this year and needed to move rather quickly. Olivia and Sarah in the lettings department were absolutely amazing and no matter how many questions I threw at them, they were always happy to help! A really friendly, lovely team :)

A friend of mine gave me a RA Bennet leaflet that came through her front door . The best thing I did was to contact them .Emma Franklin came to see me and straight away I felt at ease , as selling your parents property is not an easy thing to do . I took all her great advise and she was amazing through the whole sale . I would highly recommend .

Emma and her team were fantastic. Nothing was ever too much and Emma really went and above and beyond what was expected on more than one occasion. They contacted us frequently, were always pleasant and helpful and guided us through the stressful moving house process. Thank you so much we are so happy with our new home!

Our property went on the market and sold immediately after the first viewing for the full asking price, which we were really pleased with. Emma at the Stratford Branch was very knowledgeable and was in regular contact with us, even outside of working hours on occasion. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for Conveyancing Connect who we were referred to by the agents to take care of the legal aspect of the sale. If it weren’t for the updates that we received from Emma we would have been almost completely in the dark. The lawyers failed to take or return our calls and we found them to be generally not very helpful. If I were to use R A Bennett & Partners again I would be sure to find my own local Solicitor

We recently had to sell a property and considered 3 local agents. Emma made the decision, as to which agent we used, easy. Her direct and straight forward approach continued throughout the sales process. Not only did she recommend putting it on the market at a higher value than others she achieved it too, and within 10 days. She even impressed our purchaser. If you are considering selling a property we'd recommend you speak to Emma.

Dreadful people..very poor service..on every level...do not use these people..they evidently have an army of friends saying how great they are which is simply not true...doubtless this branch will close...proving what a mendacious lot all these people actually are...they are useless..a loud sounding nothing...the man in charge should be ashamed and exposed as the liar he undoubtedly is

Emma Crocker we can not thank you enough for all the support and guidance in the process of buying our first home. I have never met anyone with so much charisma and personality. Very professional and knowledgeable, supportive in all the steps of purchasing our first home. Great job for R. A. Regarding lettings, I have received good services, the communication was clear and pretty fast responses. But once the contract signed, the agent lost quickly interest in term of response, support, and courtesy, which forced me to directly contact the landlord.
