We had the most awful experience with the Leamington Spa branch. Moving is stressful enough and these guys make sure it’s not any easier. Had no hot water due to a boiler fault. After numerous phone calls (if agent looking after your particular property is not in the office noone else will help you) and snotty emails from the property managers I had to actually go into their office to get it sorted. Their manager is a horrible man with an attitude problem, not making it any easier for someone who has to shower in freezing cold water in January. Way to go. On top of that we have been overcharged for first month’s rent. Agent assured it will go back to my bank, but after chasing said it will be deducted from next month’s rent instead. Contractors that they employ are utterly useless. Took over a month and 4 trips to fix broken shower. Broken cold tap took 2 attempts to fix too. Not to mention when you move in you automatically get switched to Spark Energy - also a company full of incompetent staff. They sign you up on the most expensive energy plan & it takes around 3 weeks to switch to a new provider. So you will have 3 weeks worth of energy at extortionate rates. BEWARE! So please if you can avoid these guys - make sure you do so and save yourself the stress.
