Kristina and Sophie were genuinely amazing. From valuation to constant communication and updates during the whole sale process, I simply can not fault them in any way; I could not have any higher recommendation for these two ladies. The fact that I sold my second property through them after two months of selling my first one shows their expertise and professionalism - a genuine pleasure to do business with. And they managed to sell both properties on their first day of viewings by having a network of clients and understanding of their needs - and Kristina valued my one property and 11% higher than another local agent and it still sold at full price. As I have said, I could not recommend them more highly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Awful service, took 7 weeks to return my deposit, do not answer phone, do not return calls when you leave a message, only reply to e-mails sporadically. Allow viewings and landlord into property to carry out maintenace before the check out report has been carried out.The poor service is blamed on Covid but after reading other reviews the same problem has been going on for over 2 years! Totally unprofessional and need a complete overhaul of end of tenancy procedures.NegativeResponsiveness

Would definitely recommend, had a lovely and helpful fella named oliver, who showed us around the property. It has been refreshing to be helped by someone who isnt just a robotic, suited-up estate agent but instead has the ideal balance of professionalism and a sense of humour both of which made me and my partner feel at ease as trying to decide on a property and move house can be very stressful! Thank you R.A. Bennett!! 🙂

Caroline Preston was always really easy to reach and very informative. Obviously it was a difficult time purchasing the house during the pandemic, but she managed to keep us updated every step of the way and get things quickly in motion once the restrictions were lifted. Nothing felt like too much trouble and she was always very friendly and professional.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Natasha offered a very high standard of service from the first contact, through the viewings of several houses and then during the purchasing process. She was always quick to respond to our enquiries and kept us informed of any developments as they happened. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend R A Bennett for anyone looking to buy/sell/rent in the Evesham area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
