GoogleThis was my first time for renting a flat here in the UK, so I asked so many questions and they had to deal with troublsome procedure. But Dal was so helpful and answered all questions I had. Also, he took good care of things, such as some furniture, needed to be fixed and have the repairman come. Thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this tremendous 5* review. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations

GoogleWe had an excellent experience searching for a place to rent, Chloe was extremely helpful and always quick to answer any questions we might have. When someone beat us our favourite flat to rent, Chloe kept us in the loop about other options as they came up and when the let fell through she went the extra mile in reaching out to us before putting it back out for viewings, which we really appreciated as it gave us a second chance at a place we are very excited to call our home. Thank you to Chloe and Michael at R A Bennett for all your help!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe are letting our rental cottage via Michael and Chloe in the Stratford branch for the second time - they even came to us just before the last tenancy ended (before we had got around to contacting them) and then got us a tenant within days. They have been helpful and professional dealing with the nightmares of damage left by the previous tenant and suggesting ways around referencing issues which worked for both parties. We have used other agents in the past but Bennett’s are the best so far.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleEmma and the team dealt brilliantly with the sale of our late parents' apartment. Communication was excellent throughout and any problems with the less than completely straightforward sale of a leasehold property were smoothed by Emma keeping communications between ourselves and the buyer going with speed.

GoogleThe team have been great. Krystle O'Brien has been a fantastic mortgage broker. She has been there for us from start to finish. Checking up on us and helping us switch companies half way through when a better mortgage became available to us. Absolute star 2 years ago I bought my house through R A Bennett's. And I have just sold my house through them. Emma, Russell and Annette have done a fabulous job from beautiful photos to expert showings. I hope all my home purchases and sales to go through them as they have been so reliable and professional in the proceedings.
Thank you Bethan for your superb 5* review of the great service you received, it is a pleasure to read and I will pass on your kind words to all involved. Best wishes, Lucy
