GoogleSpecial shoutout to Lily for an excellent viewing! Just the right balance of sociable, professional and informative; and a welcome break after a series of uninspiring viewings. Well done!

GoogleWe contacted Rachel to help us sell a property on behalf of our Aunt, that had already been on the market with another local agent for 18 months. Rachel felt confident she could sell our Aunt's property and that she did, very very quickly with the help of Pauline who carried out the viewings. Rachel and co made every step a breeze even though we encountered a few hiccups along the way because our Aunt's property had a faulty lease on her flat. Nothing was too much trouble, every thing was attended to swiftly and on top of that, Rachel and the team are fantastic and utterly professional. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Don't go on those websites that tell you the best estate agent in your area based on facts, they don't work! Phone Rachel and her team and they will be truthful and realistic and get the job done. Thank you so much R A Bennett for assisting my Aunt and family to sell her home. We cannot recommend you enough.
Thanks for the excellent 5* review and recommendation! Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleWe used R A Bennett when we sold our family home after the death of both our parents. All of the team were very friendly, professional and helpful. Accommodating us all the way through to completion. Some even going above and beyond to assist in a matter that arose from a property we were purchasing, that wasn't on their books. We were all so grateful that we choose them over others. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their property.
Thankyou for your recommendation and taking the time to leave your review! - Kind regards, Scott @ Customer Relations.

GoogleWe have had problems with our own property resulting at us having to move into a rental property at short notice, fortunately we saw a property listed on RA Bennett's website that fitted the bill. Penny and the team at Bennett's provided a very professional service that enabled us to move into the temporary accommodation in a week, the service provided was greatly appreciated at what has been a very stressful time in our life.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your wonderful 5* review! Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleI would highly recommend R A Bennett. The Leamington Spa Branch played a major role in finding our first home. Buying a house in the UK is a long and bureaucratic process, so our massive thank you to Pauline and Rachel, who supported us from day one with their great personable approach and listening skills. In the next couple of days we get the keys to our new home! Thank you team.

GoogleCan’t recommend enough. Penny has been simply wonderful in helping us find the best place. Called on the morning of our viewing to confirm; was helpful during the entire viewing and knew the answers to all of our questions. She was very keen on ensuring we were able to view the property too - we had thought we had lost it but she got us in! Painless process, couldn’t be more happy with the help we received. Thank you Penny!
Thank you for your kind words and 5* review! - Best wishes, Scott @ Customer Care.

GoogleLauren, Penny and Lily were nothing short of amazing during the letting of my property. They were responsive, helpful and made the process easy. They politely reminded me along the way when my busy life meant I needed a nudge and answered all my questions. This saved me time and meant we were able to let my property quickly. I’ve been lucky enough to have a wonderful tenant, too. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, Lauren, Penny and Lily. Keep doing what you’re doing, because it’s successful and works.
Many thanks for your fantastic 5* review and your kind words Helen. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleI was hugely impressed with Lily who really went above & beyond to help try and negotiate a deal with one of her clients. She is really friendly, professional and keen to help - a refreshing change from many letting agents who can present rather a "computer says no" attitude to anything which is slightly outside their comfort zone. Whilst ultimately we weren't able to agree a deal in this instance I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lily.
Thank you for your amazing 5* review and kind words of our dedicated team. It is great to see that you would recommend them. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleThe team at R A Bennett in Leamington Spa really went above and beyond in supporting us with our house sale. We were always really impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and dedication when it came to the sale. What we were most grateful for however was their excellent communication, they were always at the end of a phone and very prompt in providing feedback and sourcing various information for us. Every team member that we spoke to was incredibly friendly and the staff that worked directly with us evidently cared not only about the sale of our house but for our little family, which was priceless. We want to thank all of the team for the part they played in helping us - we would highly recommend them.

GoogleOutstanding! The service provided by R A Bennett is excellent. I live abroad, so I totally depend on the staff managing my property which is rented. I started in august 2021 with the agency and since I have a complete peace of mind. They latest tenant agreed to rent within just a few days from the advertisement of the flat. I cannot ask for much more. The staff is polite and always trying to find quick and good solutions. They always come back to me as soon as possible. I fully recommend R A Bennett 😊
