I'm moving to Stratford-on-Avon for the first time and Megan and Leah have been invaluable in helping me find a flat to rent. They've been friendly and supportive from start to finish - in fact I made a note when I first called up that Megan was really helpful, and this has been proven several times over! Thanks for everything you've done to make the moving process quick and simple.

We purchased our new home through R A Bennett in March having just moved in this week. Emma and the team have been superb throughout what can only be described as a difficult situation with a long chain that was constantly having issues. Emma kept us updated with honest and in depth information which was very much appreciated. She was incredibly proactive in her approach which we honestly think held the whole chain together and eventually got us over the line. Both Emma and Lauren were extremely patient, helpful and genuine and we could not recommend them enough. Thank you for everything x

Megan helped me find a new property to rent and the process was so quick and smooth. Megan made me feel like nothing was too much trouble, was always friendly, approachable and quick to answer any questions I may have had. Overall, she made the experience very straightforward and I’m now happily moved into my new home :)

Megan has been amazing and incredibly supportive and helpful. My partner and I were on a tight schedule, and she has pulled out all the stops in finding us the right property. Her communication has been excellent and definitely provided the best experience I've ever had with a lettings agent. I can't thank her enough.

I had a virtual viewing via WhatsApp booked in. They did not call on date or time of viewing. I emailed to query what the issue may be. I telephoned on the Monday at least 6 times and left 3 voicemails. No one gave me the courtesy of a response. Or returned any of my calls. How can a company operate like this. Farcical to be frank and clearly do not give two hoots about reputation or their business. Embarrassing

We were away whilst the tenant was moving in and had a few issues with the tenant and need to find another one. Both Jasmine and Ellouise were brilliant, they just sorted everything for us without a problem. I couldn't recommend them higher

Sophie and Kristina did a great job in helping and pushing through my purchase. Great bonus was to see that Kristina and Sophie wanted to make things work for both buyer and seller instead of telling the buyer off every time there was a problem and that is what made the deal happen in the end. Big thanks

Really fast and efficient service. Sophie and Adam were proactive with their communications throughout and explained things in clear terms which was a godsend for a first time buyer. The team also ensured that the purchase went through fast and efficiently, which took a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Thanks again to all the whole team.
