GoogleOne of the best and proactive letting agents in the Stratford Upon Avon area.Megan Long, the agent assigned to us was extremely helpful. She understood what we were looking for and very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended.

GoogleThey were honest about market conditions so I put my property on at this price and I got a buyer straight away. There were problems due to convoluted legal process in this country. All staff, particularly Emma, were good at helping me through the process as there were parts I struggled with. Thanks Emma and team.
Thank you for your amazing 5* review and kind words of our dedicated team. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleMy sincerest thanks go to Dal Bains (lettings manager) for all of his help in finding me an apartment where I know my family will be happy. Having just returned back to the UK and needing a property in and around Alcester area, I had contacted many local agents and seen some horrendous properties. After contacting Dal, I immediately felt that my requirements were being listened to and my urgency became his urgency to help me. So much so, he worked out of office hours to help me secure a beautiful two bedroom apartment. I can't thank you enough, and just hope that others find this review useful and reassuring. You are in very safe hands with Dal. Happy house hunting everyone, go to RA Bennett's first and do not waste time with other agencies that will show you properties full of damp/mould etc. RA...all the way!
Thank you for your glowing 5* review and your kind words. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleEmma Franklin was extremely professional and supportive in helping us through the sale of my mother’s apartment. She was patient with all my questions and encouraged us not to lose hope as the sale took a while because of Covid. Other staff in the branch were excellent at passing on messages and answering queries. Many thanks.
Thank you for your terrific 5* review. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleI am recently helping my sister to look for a rent property in Stratford-upon-Avon. We deeply appreciate the Letting Manager Dal Bains, who promptly offered us a viewing of the property. With his professional advice, we clearly understood the details and pros of the property. With his proactive service, we proceeded the renting process smoothly. He was very kind, as he listened to our questions and patiently responded to sort it out for us. We are really grateful to have met Dal Bains.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this tremendous 5* review. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations

GoogleI enquired about a house back in March through Right Move, arranged a viewing and went to see it, I was met by a pretty young lady call Megan, who showed me around the property, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest, unfortunately the landlord didnt accept my application, however Megan promised me she would find me a home for my two girls and myself, and since then she's kept to her word I moved into my new home yesterday and it's amazing, would I recommend RA Bennetts? 100% yes, if you're looking for a lovely new home, give them a call and ask for Megan 😃
It’s really lovely to read another 5* review and recommendation. Many thanks, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleDal Bains and Megan Long have been incredible. We needed to move asap and found a beautiful affordable flat. Megan showed us around and was very enthusiastic for us, even contacted me on her day off around Christmas to update me. Dal was able to spot a couple things he could help speed up and got in touch straight away, throughout the day he kept us updated and informed us our next step to ensure efficiency. At 6pm (an hour after he was due to finish!!) He called with all brilliant news, he managed to get everything done and we got the tenancy agreement signed. Dal really went above and beyond at every opportunity, and Megan made a massive effort for us from the moment she greeted us at the viewing. Getting the application in on the 23rd Demember and being ready to move in at new years has been just amazing. Thank you so much to you both!
Thank you for your thoughtful 5* review! I will make sure your kind words are passed on to the local team. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleMegan was very helpful. She led us to the room tour and introduced the property thoroughly. With the welcome package, my daughter was very happy! The property is of well quality and close to the living area in the town. Thank you very much!

GoogleI am involved with RA Bennett's for the second time, initially as a buyer, and currently as a seller. They have been proactive in communicating with me and my home sold quickly. Both Emma and Lauren have been dealing with my sale. They are both very approachable and professional. I would always use a highstreet estate agent. A feeling that has been reinforced by a recent bad experience trying to buy from an online estate agent. I highly recommend RA Bennett's.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this amazing 5* review and recommendation. Kind regards Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleEmma and her team gave a professional service with an attention to detail. We felt very confident and were reassured with their regular updates. It was the least stressful house sale we have ever experienced and I would highly recommend their service

GoogleA really excellent service from Dal Bains and Megan at Bennett's. Everything was done quickly and professionally and we actually completed the letting process in 24 hours, once I'd identified a property that I wanted to rent. Dal was also a huge help in that he prepared everything and minimised my own admin to two brief visits and an online form. He resolved every problem and he was also warm and empathetic, understanding that the process feels stressful for the person renting. Megan has continued the service. Everything is resolved quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to normal life. It's made the whole process a pleasure and I have moved into a property that I really like, in an area that I like.
Thank you for your amazing 5* review and kind words of our dedicated team. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleThis agent is the perfect one to work with. I could find the best suitable house for me within 1 day. My special thanks goes to Dal Bains / Lettings Manager at Stratford Upon Avon. He is really good at his area. I talked him in the morning, I could visited the house in the afternoon at same day. Next day after reference check I could sign my contract. He knows his customers very well. And can match right landlord with tenant at once. Also he always answers his phone and helps. Thank you.

GoogleR A Bennett got me my dream apartment. Megan Long did a masterful job, negotiating on my behalf to get me what I need. As an international student, getting an apartment can be difficult. However Megan and the whole R A Bennett team were clear, communicative, positive, and helpful the whole way through. Highly recommended.
Thanks Emily for the excellent 5* review and recommendation! Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleI've rented through R.A.Bennett for just over a year now, and they have always been professional, punctual, and ready to go above and beyond to solve any issues. A special shoutout to Megan Long, who is an absolute diamond and credit to the branch! She did everything possible to find me a new property with a swift turnaround, managing to get me sorted within a week or so of the first inquiry. I can't thank Megan enough - she has consistently supported me through what is typically a very stressful process. 5 Stars Megan, you're brilliant!

GoogleLike many people I didn't have a very high opinion of estate agents but when my Dad chose Bennetts to sell my parents' house, I was impressed straight away by Emma's efficiency, integrity and kindness. Lauren and Claire were also good. We were pleased to get offers in quickly and to secure buyers. My only criticism would be that communication with us was sometimes patchy and it sometimes felt like individual members of staff were not talking to each other and passing information on.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this great review and your feedback which has been passed onto the team. Kind regards, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleEmma at R A Bennett & partners has been extremely helping during our house sale and purchase. She was representing our vendors yet was extremely supportive of us during the whole process as we had horrendous solicitors (not recommended by Emma but selected by us I hasten to add). During the process i experienced a very sudden bereavement and Emma was very understanding and supportive given the unusual situation. Highly recommend
