GoogleGreat service. A little rushed as the other buyers dropped out. But great service all the same, first purchase of mine so it was all new and Pav was an excellent guide. Followed by a welcome box with samples when I went to pick up the keys and a warm greeting

GoogleLeft a voicemail to call me back and also left my e-mail address at the office about a property I was interested in. No one even bothered to call/ e-mail back. Dealt with other estate agents, none as unprofessional as this.

GoogleWe have been very happy with the service we have recieved from the Worcester office. Especially the professional way in which Dominique has conducted herself during a very difficult dealing with a tenant. It was noticed by her manager and ourselves at the time, that she had the patience of a saint and became the only person who could deal with the people involved! A very valuable member of staff.

GoogleCaroline and the team have been an absolute pleasure to work with in selling my Mums house. When my first sale fell through at the last minute they had another buyer lined up within 24 hours and have been brilliant in keeping in touch with me all the way to completion. I used the solicitors linked to the agency as well which proved to be another excellent decision as they have also been great. I would have no hesitation in recommending them both to anyone.
