GoogleWriting a 5 star review for a company who I didn't end up even renting with should hopefully indicate how I felt the service was?! I dealt with Lottie and cannot recommend her enough, friendly, extremely helpful and really took on board exactly what I was looking for. The rental market is crazy at the moment but she gave weekly check in calls to see how my search was going and to give me the heads up on properties that may be available soon too. As it was, I managed to secure a property with another agent (right time, right place kind of luck) but would not hesitate to call R A Bennett in future. Fantastic customer service.

GoogleMade contact with Izabela from Bennetts today for the first time and she was friendly and understanding of my need to hopefully sell my property asap. Within a few hours of seeing her all preliminary documents were e mailed over to me. Very impressed so far and fingers crossed!

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with letting our first Warwick property with R A Bennett , Leamington office , Penny was always on hand for any queries , which she dealt with promptly, as well as giving us advice and recommendations . Penny was clear about all of the terms and conditions from the outset, plus met our expectations regarding potential tenants. When the viewings were being done Lauren and Penny covered both, arrived on time and the property was let after one group viewing. We could not be more pleased with their efforts. Highly recommend.

GoogleThe team have been fantastic from start to finish in selling my property. After using a competitor last summer and having a negative experience which led to the sale falling through, I was quite nervous putting it back up for sale. From Luke coming to value it, to Pav doing the viewings and keeping me updated, to Ian completing the sale every single one has been brilliant. The fee is slightly higher than some others, however it was worth every penny and they managed to sell it for asking price despite the market coming down. I would 100% use them again and would recommend anyone else to too. Thank you to the whole team!

GoogleCharlotte Milner of R A Bennetts is an outstanding letting Agent. I recently found myself quite unexpectedly in need of a new home to rent and as a retiree who has managed my finances to be the most tax efficient my situation is complex. Where many people would have simply said it was to difficult she understood the difficulty and with knowledge, skill, patience and professionalism negotiated with the Landlord and the credit agency to make a deal enabling me to secure a new home. Through a long working life I can honestly say she stand head and shoulders above almost everyone I have worked with or employed, she has been calm and confident and kept me fully in informed all the way and with great skill produced the perfect outcome.
