GoogleInitial viewing appointment attended with Lilly which was good. Followed by involvement with Penny Hackett of R A Bennettt to rent a property in Leamington who handled the whole task of identifying requirements for documents needed, and processing for required actions. Continuous and fast liaison over phone and by emails was amazing. Penny did all that in a very effective and efficient way, she is a real star, a professional and helpful person, who made acquiring our tenancy successful in a very tight schedule. Well done Penny and R A Bennett.

GoogleReally disappointed messaged them on Zoopla regarding a property in Tweed Close and left them a voicemail today and heard nothing. If I was selling my property with them I would be extremely disappointed and having had this experience wouldn’t even consider them now. If I wanted to buy or sell a property I would wonder how responsive they would be. From my experience they aren’t!😔

GoogleI've been a customer of R A Bennett for nearly 12 years for their fully managed letting service of my rental property. Throughout the time I have been with them I have always received an extremely efficient and professional service from Ellouise, India and the rest of the team at the Cheltenham branch Recently during my change of tenancy, Ellouise was very proactive and immediately scheduled viewings. Within a week viewings had been taking place, the various tenants backgrounds and feedback discussed and a tenant then selected to move in. The whole team are very good at helping guide you through the process, provide their own recommendations, are very pleasant to deal with and come highly recommended.

GoogleThey found a buyer for my flat, and someone who was prepared to wait for six months untiled my tenant moved out. The whole sale process took a full year due a a whole hoist of legal problems. Throughout the sale period RAB were very supportive and helpful and never complain once about the extra work they where put too.
