We are in the process of selling a flat in Warwick through R.A.Bennett. The professional approach by Luke at our first meeting was outstanding ,which gave us the confidence that they were the right Company to deal with. Right through the process, Luke, Charlie and Ben has been excellent. They have been in regular contact concerning viewings and very fast feedback following each viewing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had been trying to sell my property via another agent which was not great. Went to R A Bennett in Stratford and Emma and her team have been fantastic. Not long after signing up wth them, they found a buyer and have kept me updated on the progress of my sale to date. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sale in the area.

Excellent service from the Warwick team. Good advice from Luke, Ben, Charlie & the office team. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their house. The team showed one of the best examples I have seen in along time of what can be achieved when an Excellent team works together. Received an excellent offer within a few days of listing the house.

Really happy with the service received from Ollie, we came into the office with no idea about renting and what was available, Ollie took his time to explain the process and how the market works, we aren't moving until the end of the year but will definitely come back to R A Bennett.

My rental property in leamington is currently being managed by Katrina. We have had a few issues with the property recently (plumbing/ electrics and thermostat) and Katrina has managed them amazingly! She has kept me informed at every stage and all issues have been resolved. This has taken a lot of stress away from me, highly recommended!

The team at R A Bennett have been brilliant. They have made the rental process easy and quick, they have invested in apps and support systems that guide the tenant through the move effortlessly and, now that I'm in the property, their response system is fantastic for queries, advice and fixing things. All round top class! Thank you!!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our beautiful house through R A Bennett in Warwick. Every member of the team were lovely, supportive and easy to talk to. We initially wasn't going to view the house we bought, but Charlie kindly recommended we view it along with 2 others, which we did all in one day with him, and turns out he knew what we wanted more than we did! Great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Happy and satisfied with the overall work. We took the services as Tenant for a property and found Penny and her colleagues very helpful, understanding and available for calls/queries most of the time. Specifically for a little complicated situation where mediation was required regard to deposit scheme, Penny handled it quite well and managed the whole situation in our favor.
