GoogleStarted looking for a house to rent at the start of the year and it was very slow moving for a long time. Then we saw a really nice house to rent at a decent price that was listed by Priory, and we knew it was the one. Spoke to a man called Matt and he's been nothing but helpful since we first spoke to him. After about 6 months of searching at a snails pace, priory helped us to really get the ball moving.

GoogleGreat team at Tunstall. I was kept informed at all times regarding the progress of the sale. My buyer’s solicitor was very slow and poor at communicating but Matt and his team were on their case to get the legal side moving. Matt knows the ST6 area well and I would definitely recommend them.

First time renting despite being a homeowner for over 26 yrs. Due to a work move and the delayed sale of our own house we were backed into a corner trying to find a rental that could accommodate us and all our belongings while we moved house. The experience we had from Priory, Biddulph branch was disappointing to say the least. By the time we moved out there was a string of unresolved maintenance issues they still hadn’t fixed including a leaking shower into the kitchen below, leaking toilet and an air conditioning unit hanging off the wall. They made me make a 450 mile round trip to sign paperwork on a Friday because they couldn’t find anyone else in the office capable of overseeing it on a Saturday morning, The final icing on the cake, it took them two weeks to approve the return of our deposit, their excuse, no one had had time to do an inspection despite the fact that their office is less than two minutes walk from the property.

GoogleI can’t honestly recommend. Enquired about a property in Biddulph a couple of weeks ago and because I’m currently going through a debt relief order, because of that they weren’t interested in me. Single, non smoking, medical professional who recently switched jobs with a very healthy savings account; without debts and recently ended a two year tenancy without missing a single payment. Not considered due to rental arrears accrued from a property 7-8 years ago, even with the offer a guarantor. Not the kind of letting agency or landlord I’d like to do business with.
