GoogleOutstanding service. Manager Lee took an excellent, comprehensive set of photos which he regularly updated and refreshed with the changing seasons. Staff members Rachel and Tanya, although handling a board full of other properties, kept us regularly updated. These people are just very, very good at their job.

GoogleExcellent service received from Lee and the team at Priory. They were invaluable in helping me sell a property. Fair and honest throughout the process and provided great advice and counselling when needed. Selling a property can be quite daunting but I would highly recommend Priory to make things easy and know you are in good hands. Special shout out to Rachel who was always there when needed to support and answer queries and questions, and for being positive throughout. Also thanks to Tanya who was really helpful with final negotiations.

GoogleWe purchased our 4th renovation project from Priory Estate Agent's Biddulph office back in January and the service from the team was excellent from start to finish. Phone calls and emails were taken or replied to within 24 hours and we were kept up to date throughout. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and as a result we had a very quick completion 😊 Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

GoogleThe best estate agent around! Just sold a house through Priory. It was a quite a sensitive one, as it was my old family house, the place where I grew up and I was only selling due to a bereavement. I couldn't have wished for better service. Matt dealt with everything, literally everything, service reports, solicitors, viewings. nothing was too much trouble, and at every step along the way he kept us clearly informed. This isn't the first time I've used priory, and every time, the service is spot on. friendly, approachable and most importantly highly knowledgeable about the local area and people!

His service was so friendly and helpful, everything was done so professionally and we were informed about we would need to know. We are a young couple who haven’t rented before and he was incredibly understanding about this and gave us all of the information we would need.
