Matt has kept me updated every step of the way, even when some issues arose, these were rectified as soon as possible, with clear communication throughout. Rental market is chaos at the minute and Matt made the process much easier to bear. Genuine and down to earth estate agents. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent, sell or purchase a property. GoogleI've used many agents over the years when buying/selling property, and I can honestly say Priory have been the best. From the first call to the office, to the valuation and listing, Priory were extremely quick and professional. The house was listed the following day and we sold within the week for over the asking price. Since then, we've been in regular contact and they really have looked after us, keeping us updated with the sale and giving advice when needed. They really have taken the time to look after us and make the sale of our house go as smoothly as possible. GoogleI have had an amazing experience with renting my first house from priory properties Tunstall. I had the most helpful estate agent who kept me updated about everything that was happening throughout the process of being accepted for the house and very helpful with knowing the history of the house and being quick to answer any questions I had when I was viewing the house. I felt very welcomed as soon as I met Matt to view the house and he allowed me time to look all around the house and also guided me to different areas of the house. Matt has been an amazing estate agent to myself and my parent and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. Thank you Matt !

GoogleWouldn't even give them 1 star, they issue my partner who's currently pregnant and got 5 kids 2 months notice to find another house she's paid her rent on time every month for her be treated like this, the haven't given her a reason for the eviction only a section 21, when they rung to say she as 2 months to get out they said you need go to the council and not even offer her another property to go to then saying landlord wants his property back all bunch off cowboys only interested in money, so now she's panicking as she's got be out 1 month before Christmas and kids might not get a Christmas they want because of these I wouldnt give them the time of day, well priory hope you all can sleep at night knowing you all got a house go to and have a good Christmas while you throwing people out. I will be seeking legal advice through my union solicitors
