So, unless you are on their private portfolio of clients willing to illegally line Bash and Dee's pockets with money that should rightfully go to their sellers... they will never sell a property to you!! 'Slanderous' is the only term they know for the truth! The reason I am not using my 'real name' is because you know who i am, and I fear threats of a 'face to face' nature is the truth. The lack of professionalism being the topic of this review is evidenced in your response. I have posted this review on social media as a platform to warn others. I assure you, my standards in life are far better without the likes of you and your company! Thank youNegativeProfessionalism

Really helpful and down to earth staff. Personally experiencing business with majority of the near by estate agents I would easily say prime estates are the best out of the 3 competitors. If you are looking to purchase or sell your home with any agent I would definetly suggest prime estates should be your first choice speaking from experience of buying and selling with them. there aim seems to have both the seller and buyers interest at heart Friendly, professional, experienced, punctual and great knowledge of the local definatly my first chioce

Absolute impeccable and brilliant service provided by Prime Estates, Bash and the rest of his team (in particular Bash). This was my 1st property purchase and throughout the entire process, Prime Estates and Bash were professional and worked very hard to get everything over the line. I was kept informed and updated about everything step by step. Furthermore, Bash was always available to take phone calls from me when I required clarification or wanted to ask a question. All of this was done within the current circumstances of COVID-19 which amplifies even further on how good Prime Estates and Bash are. Highly recommended and I can promise you, you wont be disappointed. I cannot speak highly enough of them. The solicitors that were recommended by Bash (Lloyd at Quality Solicitors Davisons) were also very good. All parties were very competent and knowledgable in everything they did. Thanks Prime Estates and Bash for everything.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

High quality company. We used Prime Estates based on a recommendation when selling my grandmothers property. They were great in advising both sides during the progress of probate. Huge thanks to Bash, Sally & Bev for making the sale as smooth as possible.

I am absolutely blown away with the professionalism and work ethic of the guys at Prime Estate. I have brought few houses in the past couple of years from different estate agents. None of them compare with the service I got from Prime Estate especially Sally and Beverly ( the two sweet hearts). A special mention to Bash, without his knowledge and expertise of the local area it would not have been possible. Will upmost definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

After nearly purchasing a property that was under valued with another agent, I was left distressed and not sure what to do. I happen to call prime estates on the off chance by doing a google search- Bash answered my call and before you know it I was on the way to purchasing my dream home. He was extremely professional and kept me in the loop from start to finish. We had our viewing with Sally, again very professional and really kind, she understood why this property was important to us as a family and she helped us with the purchase . The turn around time was approx 8weeks ! If it wasn’t for the agents being on the ball and asking me for updates; it could have taken longer! Thank you so much :)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

***Top class Estate Agents from a top class Agent*** Bash at Prime was amazing. He was extremely helpful and supportive throughout, with an added personal flair, which is all so lacking these days. In addition to this, he not only managed to find an immediate buyer for my property who was highly credible, he also managed to secure an amazing deal of £21K more than my substandard dealings with a previous agent. I honestly can't recommend Bash and the team at Prime enough..thank you ALL! I look forward to more dealings with you in the not too distant future!

He was able to keep things going as smooth as possible, even during the Covid-19 pandemic and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I contacted Dee as I was interested in purchasing a property on the market. Dee was extremely professional throughout and it was great to have one point of contact throughout the process. Dee also supported me with my mortgage application and ensured the the process was seamless. He kept me updated throughout and any hurdles that presented themselves were swiftly overcome with his excellent assistance. A lengthy and complex process felt simple and I was kept up to date with developments as well as any requirements. I want to thank Dee very much as it really would have been a struggle without him.
