GoogleWas interested in a house and the owner had told me "Bash" had told them to lie to me and tell me they had found a new house and was ready to move out. Totally believe the other negative reviews are 100% true. So glad I dodged a bullet! Cue the 'not on our system/fake review' reply 🙄 …

GoogleIf you’re looking for the worst estate agents, then you’ve come to the right place! If I had the option, I would rate them as 0. Where do I even start, shocking service from the get go. I had my viewing on Saturday and was advised by Pam to ring Monday morning to make an offer which I did, at 9am to be exact. I was then advised by Steve to have the supporting documents sent it to submit the offer by end of business. About 2 hours later, I gave them a call before I was about to submit the documents, I was then advised by an agent that vendor has accepted another offer because I am yet to submit documents. As a business, surely the service or the process should be more efficient? Surely the vendor should’ve been made aware of the situation once I had been given time to submit the documents within the time frame provided. The manager Dee then called me, said “The vendor has selected the other offer because they know the person” - if this was the case, the vendor would have made the sale privately and never came to Prime Estates in the first place? Prime estates are the most sly and conniving agents I have come across, they treat you unfairly and prioritise their close connections. In other words, if you want to win a bid with Prime in todays market, you need to make sure you drop the soap for Dee. It was quite obvious and clear that the property was offered to someone they know.
** Inaccurate outline of what has actually occurred, we asked you to provide information to qualify your offer, in the meantime the seller called and agreed the other party as she was happy with the offer. You then called us back to confirm you didn’t have one item to provide hence the delay at which point you were advised the seller had agreed an offer, to which you were not happy about and asked to speak to the manager. Dee then tried to help and asked you to send all documents to him and he informed you that he would ensure that the seller will be made aware of your offer and that we have the correct documents, including the increased offer you had made. The seller then reflected on both offers again as Dee made sure that the seller was updated and that you had a fair chance of making the sale at which point the seller made the decision to agree a sale with the other party. Dee nor Prime Estates did not agree the sale with either party, the seller choose to agree the offer with the other party as the offer was more acceptable to them and they felt that the fact she had provided the required documents first she would continue with that person.** These are the facts of the situation where to put it simply there was one property to sell with multiple potential buyers and unfortunately some buyers will always feel disappointed if they don't get the property they desired. We would urge buyers in an extremely busy market place to have all documents ready, prior to making an offer and not delay, to prevent disappointment when there are multiple offers on popular properties we have available.

GoogleAfter going through a couple of estate agents,my friend recommended Prime Estates and she wasn't wrong as they managed to find a buyer for my house quickly and when things didn't go right Bash was on top of the situation to make sure things were sorted. The team is very friendly and they put in the hard work so you don't have to, Bev advertised our house beautifully and Sally was always there to do the viewings.
