GoogleA first class Estate Agent. From the very beginning they've been open and honest giving thorough and helpful advice. At every step they've been extremely proactive in terms of arranging viewings, identifying the strongest offers and then chasing up solicitors to speed up the whole process. They always responded immediately to any query and were able to supply a list of local tradesmen for certification, safety checks etc. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleCut and paste from GETAGENT client: Lynne Cornforth Having my late Father's house to sell, i invited 5 different Estate Agents to view the property and what a difference in selling fees and recommended selling prices there were. Bev Rooney from Prime Estates was by far the most switched on and attuned to the market. Prime Estates fees were the most competitive and their recommended selling price was higher than the other four Agents had suggested and the price achieved was higher still. I would definitely have lost money had i gone with any of the other four Agents. My property sold almost immediately and Bev and Harry kept me informed throughout. Excellent service, would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you Bev and Harry for making a daunting task really easy.

GoogleI would wholeheartedly recommend Prime estates if you are looking for an agent in the Castle Bromwich area, in fact I already did with 3 of our neighbours and they are also with Prime now. They are competitively priced, understand the market and keep you very well informed of progress. All of team are great but BEV is an absolute star, thank you so much for handling our sale for us, 9 weeks from offer accepted to moving in was OUTSTANDING !

GoogleAmazing service from Beverly Rooney! Regardless I didn't get the property after a long period of 7 months, due to not been able to secure a mortgage. Beverly was very patient, not only friendly but professional! I hope to buy a dream home soon, and would wish for Beverly to assist me again. Honestly she was very understanding, I thank her for her patience and having the vendors understand on my behalf. Will definitely come again to Prime Estates

Bash was always a call away and when there was a delay Bash was quick to push things along. I highly recommend Prime Estates if you are thinking of selling your house. Great team!

GoogleExcellent service. I dealt with Bash for the sale which was fast and efficient, and Beverley for the after sales which was brilliant. She kept driving both the sale and purchase to conclusion. I recommend Prime estates because they show a duty of care I've not seen from other agents.

GoogleVery professional and honest Steve came round gave me good advice and my house was sold within a day had 9 viewing and got the asking price i wanted really pleased and would recommend anyone moving to check out prime estates first

GoogleHaving just sold a house via Primes Estates, I can confidently say they provide an exceptional service! Their customer service is impeccable. They kept me updated all the time and were very efficient. Dee and Steve were marvellous, they made the whole process very easy and in fact broke the area sealing price and got me exactly the price I wanted for my house. GoogleAvoid at any cost, As a potential seller they will offer you low fees to entice you (Steve). Once your in their hands they will mess you around (Dee), Offer you a low offer then see what is the minimum your willing to take, once they know your minimum they will work to get you the minimum price. On the other hand they will tell potential buyers that offers at asking price or more have been received to push the potential buyer to offer more. Once they receive an offer of more than Β£10K of the minimum from a trusted buyer. They will then tell them that they will secure the property for less if they pay a fee. The fee usually can be from 2k to 15K which is the difference between the minimum the seller is willing to accept and the buyer has offered. The seller will be lead to believe their doing a fantastic but far from the truth...Avoid at any costNegativeProfessionalism
