GoogleI could not recommend these guys enough. Faye and the team sold my house within a week of been on the market. They was very responsive and was always able to answer questions no matter how daft they sounded. A really knowledgeable estate agents. They really helped putting my mind at rest every step of the way! Thanks for all help!

GoogleThey are estate agents who actually deliver on their promises! After getting nowhere with other local estate agents, i came across Prime Estates. Faye came out promptly and valued my property then I was handed over to Dee. Dee made some bold promises and did exactly what he said. He found a buyer swiftly and guided me through the whole sale process. I describe the service as pro active and they went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend Prime Estates. GoogleWould definitely recommend this agent. Working in property I had some insight into the best selling agents in the area and selected Prime Estate Agents who didn’t disappoint! Selling a property that was empty meant I needed to get the property sold as quickly as possible. Steve and the Team were really efficient and having a mobile number and great communication was really welcomed. Steve really helped with progressing the Sale and never got fed up with my persistence in getting it done quickly. Overall I’m really happy with my choice to sell my property with Prime Estate Agents.

From start to finish, the process was efficient, transparent, and refreshingly stress-free. The viewing was relaxed yet informative, with the team demonstrating excellent knowledge of both the property and the local area. Negotiations were smooth, and they truly listened to my needs. After my offer was accepted, I hit a snag when my first surveyor unexpectedly went AWOL, but the team was incredibly understanding. They gave me extra time to arrange a new survey without pressure, which made all the difference in giving me peace of mind. True to their word, the house was handed over fully empty and spotless, even exceeding my expectations. The whole experience felt natural and reassuring, thanks to their friendly yet professional approach. Exceptional service, I’d highly recommend them to anyone!
