TrustpilotProperty management
I have used P & E for many many years. They have found tenants, managed tenancies, supervised refurbishments and provided expert advice. Never tempted to use a different agent. Thanks Cheryl for all your help
That's lovely to hear, thanks Ivor!

GoogleVery happy with the service provided by Prickett and Ellis in East Finchley. They were exceptionally helpful throughout the sale process, listened to any concerns and were proactive and proficient at all times. As such, I would highly recommend using Prickett and Ellis.

GoogleAfter many months of searching in the area, we met Nyall at Prickett & Ellis East Finchley and he simply made it happen. Nyall is a pleasure to deal with, he is passionate and he will do everything to help you find the property of your dream. He carefully listened to our needs and found the perfect property for us in no time. He helped us along the whole process, he was always very attentive and proactive. His kind nature helped us and the vendor to agree about any detail and to speed up the process. Buying a property is normally quite a rocky journey, but with Nyall it felt extremely easy. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and definitely he will be our first choice if one day we need to sell/buy another property. Thanks Nyall, you have been amazing!

GoogleAs a first time buyer I went into buying a flat with not much of an idea of what I was doing! Thanks to Serge I was guided through the process and was shown properties which fit what I was looking for. Throughout the whole process he was very responsive and was able to help the purchase of my first flat as smooth as possible. I would recommend Prickett & Ellis without hesitation!

GoogleFrom the very beginning Prickett and Ellis have been professional, effective and very understanding of the stress involved for the seller. I would recommend them to anyone selling their property, you are in safe hands. I never had any concerns and can only thank them all for being such a brilliant team.

GoogleWe just purchased our property through Prickett & Ellis. From the very start, Tyler was straight forward, easy to deal with, responsive and kept us updated throughout. Towards the end when things became a bit more stressful, it was reassuring to know we had Tyler on the case, and he helped to push everything through! Would definitely recommend and we would use P&E in the future (although hopefully now we won't be moving for many many years!).

The staff in the Park Road branch in Crouch End lack any moral compass. Serving section 21 no fault in front of a minor. The trauma we are still working through. This review serves as a warning to renters, sellers, buyers. Go elsewhere.

TrustpilotWe dealt with Cheryl in the Crouch End…
We dealt with Cheryl in the Crouch End office when looking for a rental. She was friendly, professional and listened to what we were after, showing us a few great options, and helped us with the logistics when we chose. Three years later, when moving out, Cheryl ran a very smooth process of arranging viewings to suit us. A very good experience and good people!

TrustpilotPrickett and Ellis - Simply the best!
I have been a client of Prickett and Ellis in he Muswell Hill and Hornsey area of London for 22 years. Cheryl and her team have provided an absolutely seamless service over that whole period of time while I have been living in Australia. There have been no gaps in tenancies except the tenants letting each other in and out LOL! Every issue there has been in these old buildings has been dealt with promptly, professionally, economically and efficiently, with very little input from me. I and others I know, have also used them for property sales and purchase services. I am a former Commando Senior Sergeant in the British Army and my standards are extremely high. I have no hesitation is giving a 5 star rating and highly recommending them. No complaints! Thanks, Simon Reynolds.

GoogleWe have just completed another sale through Prickett and Ellis. Again, it was a smooth process and they went beyond what we would expect from an Agency. Each step of the way we were kept informed of progress with a refreshing honesty. Linda Weltner was just amazing the whole way through and can highly recommend her!

We have just experienced exemplary service from Cheryl Fox, your lettings director. She went above and beyond to accommodate our pre-rental requests, taking on responsibility for works that were really the responsibility of the landlord. She has integrity and operates according to her values. I have never met such an agent in my 30+ years of renting properties worldwide.

TrustpilotAbsolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, feel furious I had to pay them anything at all. No communication- constantly didn’t reply to calls and emails, sold the house and never even spoke to the agent- shocking! He avoided us in the street as he knew we’d ask him to answer the emails, and once even told me he had couldn’t answer my emails as was so so busy and had to dash off to an appointment so couldn’t talk and then went straight in to the local Irish pub to watch the euros!! Some of the team were helpful and friendly but the agent who sold our property unfortunately was really disinterested. Didn’t even communicate the day we exchanged or completed- all contact we had was through the solicitors. Such a shame

GoogleWould not hesitate to recommend this company. Our experience with their staff member Alex was sublime, he had our best interests as a family all the way through our purchase and it was a tricky one. We felt secure and safe with him and his company, his honesty was amazing, and he secured our family dream home for us. He looked after us all the way through, was there on call for us all the time, guided us through the sale. It was the most amazing experience I have had, and we have bought and sold three family homes, this was truly a wonderful experience from an amazing guy. Such a very refreshing and honest company to deal with Thank you! Andi X

GoogleWe have just sold our flat with Prickett and Ellis and couldn't be happier with them as agents. We had a range of agents come to view the property to value it and some didn't seem like they were interested at all or were unprofessional in their manner. Tyler at Prickett and Ellis was the total opposite and was an obvious choice to represent our property. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the local market, he gave us lots of great advice both about our sale and onward purchase. He is honest and approachable and didn't show any old person round - potential buyers were both financially checked and Tyler scoped out their genuine interest for purchasing the property. This was much appreciated given how nervous I was about people looking round our flat in the middle of a pandemic. Thanks so much to Tyler and the team!
