GoogleI used Prickett & Ellis in Crouch End for a valuation in relation to a lease extension I am currently trying to obtain. They were friendly and welcoming when I came into the office and worked professionally and quickly to provide my solicitor with the relevant information. I recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI'm so glad we chose Prickett and Ellis to sell my mother's flat in Muswell Hill. We very quickly achieved a higher price than expected. Nyall and Connor were consistently enthusiastic, professional, efficient and reliable, and did everything possible to ensure that the sale went smoothly through a fairly complicated probate scenario. I would highly recommend.

GoogleThe STAR of a long and complex property chain, that included my Highgate house, was Nyall Hayford of Pricket & Ellis (East Finchley Branch). His inputs were outstanding and his commitment to the process timely, tenacious and professional. Nyall has the ability to cut through the nonsense and noise and get straight to the point, unblocking blockages and matter of factly chivying things along. He really was a godsend and I would recommend him as an agent, and his company Prickett & Ellis, to anyone.

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on our sale and purchase. Our sale was handled by Prickett and Ellis, estate agents, and in particular by Serge Weinberger of their Highgate office. He found our buyers nine months ago at a time when the sales market was flat. For a succession of reasons, none the fault of Prickett and Ellis or the buyers, the transaction proceeded very slowly but throughout that time Serge was involved in ironing out problems and encouraging all parties to get on. We have used Prickett and Ellis to sell properties for us over the last almost fifty years and found that Serge is in the tradition of that firm in dealing with matters in a professional, honest and committed fashion. So we have no hesitation in recommending him and Prickett and Ellis as the agent to sell your property.

GoogleWe sold a probate property through P and E. Chris Underhill did an exemplary job - understood the brief, gave practical suggestions, marketed the property, secured the purchaser, and helped progress the sale, which was delayed due to small details. First class.

GoogleI found P&E's intimate knowledge of the Highgate market unsurpassed and so valuable in assessing a purchase in the area, as they were for me. Open and a font of information about the local history of the area and of individual properties and residents make P&E a first call.

GoogleWe have had the pleasure of both buying and selling through Highgate Prickett & Ellis Estate Agents and I can honestly say we received exceptional service through both experiences. Chris, Nick and Serge are gentlemen of the highest calibre and all consummate professionals. Their industry experience and advice, and photos are second to none and we were thrilled to achieve an exceptional price for our flat. Taking time to understand buyers needs without pressing the 'hard sell' is exactly the style we appreciate and yields results with high net worth buyers. Look no further.

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Prickett and Ellis, and we’re so pleased we made the decision to go with them, and Tyler Marks in particular. Selling in the current market is not the easiest and there were certainly a few bumps along the way, but Tyler did absolutely everything he could to keep everything moving and his communication really was first class. Tyler was always happy and willing to take our call, chase up another party in the chain or help calm our stress. Tyler really showed the true value of having a good agent in your corner! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I have recently sold my East Finchley home through Prickett & Ellis, dealing mostly with Connor. I found him to be very efficient and always happy to provide guidance and advice. He regularly liaised with the buyers, both solicitors and my onward purchase estate agents, keeping me updated on the overall progress. He went beyond what would normally be expected from an agent to help resolve any issues and was there at every step of the way to ease the process. Thank you Connor!

GoogleI was unsure about which Estate Agent to go to. Neighbours recommended Prickett & Ellis so I asked them to sell my late mother's property. I'm grateful to my neighbours for recommending them as they were courteous, friendly and efficient. I dealt mainly with Nyall and Tyler but even when they weren't available the whole team worked well together and made the whole process as easy as possible. Excellent service. Thank you.

GoogleMy experience of using Prickett and Ellis to sell my property was excellent. My agent Nyall Hayford was at all times highly professional, prompt and accessible. The sale was fraught with difficulty and dragged on for longer than I expected but throughout Nyall went above and beyond to keep pushing it forward. I am grateful for his hard work and would readily recommend him as an agent for his proficiency.

GoogleWe've had a great experience working with Tyler Marks from Prickett and Ellis. He communicates openly and works very efficiently, and has gone above and beyond during the whole process. P&E are a friendly and professional estate agents who seem to really care about their clients. I've had only lovely interactions with staff from their various offices.

GoogleTyler at Prickett and Ellis has been nothing but communicative and helpful. Prickett and Ellis have worked with us both in terms of marketing our property, and in terms of helping us with a purchase, and Tyler has kept us updated regularly and thoughtfully; we have never felt out of the loop, all our queries have been very rapidly responded to, and this is genuinely the best experience we have had with an estate agent over the years. Couldn't recommend more highly.
