I just bought a flat through Pricket & Ellis and I must say that their estate agent Connor Fletcher was so helpful and professional. The sale went through very quickly. Connor was always available to answer any question and clarify things and also very patient with me and the seller, because I am a first time buyer and the seller was the first time seller too. I highly recommend Connor and Prickett & Ellis

The Prickett and Ellis teams handled both the letting of my property and its subsequent sale. The service I received in both cases was exemplary. Many thanks to Hida and Cheryl for their patience, kindness and level-headed advice in the year preceding the sale and to Tyler for guiding me through the whole selling process which, I have no doubt, would have been far more stressful had I not been the beneficiary of his expertise and empathy. Thanks also to Lyall, Glenn and Connor who came to my aid on more than one occasion. I would thoroughly recommend this team to anyone thinking of letting or selling their property.

GoogleSpent the last 3 years in a property managed by Prickett & Ellis and had a wonderful experience. Cheryl was fantastic for both the moving in and moving out processes, and Hida was responsive and very helpful when it came to any issues or questions we had throughout the tenancy. When issues arose they were always quick to book contractors to fix the problems quickly. I would definitely work with Pricket & Ellis again in the future!

GoogleCheryl was a life saver in handling a difficult conversation between us, the tenants, and the landlord. She communicated very well and made sure that the best arrangement for everyone involved was made at the end of the tenancy. When I started renting with her I had an issue with another agency and she advised me on how I should behave. I highly recommend them.

He regularly liaised with the buyers, both solicitors and my onward purchase estate agents, keeping me updated on the overall progress. GooglePrickett & Ellis made selling our London flat as easy as can be. Christian gave us an indication of value based on other properties they had recently sold in the area and he fitted in with our timescales - there was no pressure for us to move quicker than we wanted. When we were ready P&E 'soft-marketed' our property using their database of potential buyers and arranged 1 day of (30+) viewings on a day which suited us. We received multiple offers on the day and we went under offer within 48 hours. The property was sold well in excess of asking price which enabled us to buy our dream home. Nyall and Chris kept us updated througout the process and the communication and turnaround times were fantastic. We moved house just over 3 months from first putting the property on the market, which is a rare thing these days! I would highly recommend P&E.

GoogleThis is the second time we have sold a flat through Prickett and Ellis in Crouch End. Everything you need in an Estate Agents! Chris is very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. His frank approach to valuation and marketing is refreshing and he has worked closely with us to ensure the property is effectively marketed. 10 weeks from launch to completion! The speedy conveyance was greatly assisted by Svetlana's professional and can do approach. No request was too much trouble and she worked with all parties including both solicitors to keep the process moving. Thanks Liam, Chris and Svetlana for all your help. After many months of searching in the area, we met Nyall at Prickett & Ellis East Finchley and he simply made it happen. Nyall is a pleasure to deal with, he is passionate and he will do everything to help you find the property of your dream. He carefully listened to our needs and found the perfect property for us in no time. He helped us along the whole process, he was always very attentive and proactive. His kind nature helped us and the vendor to agree about any detail and to speed up the process. Buying a property is normally quite a rocky journey, but with Nyall it felt extremely easy. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and definitely he will be our first choice if one day we will need to sell/buy another property. Thanks Nyall, you have been amazing!

I have been a client of Prickett and Ellis in he Muswell Hill and Hornsey area of London for 22 years. Cheryl and her team have provided an absolutely seamless service over that whole period of time while I have been living in Australia. There have been no gaps in tenancies except the tenants letting each other in and out LOL! Every issue there has been in these old buildings has been dealt with promptly, professionally, economically and efficiently, with very little input from me. I and others I know, have also used them for property sales and purchase services. I am a former Commando Senior Sergeant in the British Army and my standards are extremely high. She was friendly, professional and listened to what we were after, showing us a few great options, and helped us with the logistics when we chose. Three years later, when moving out, Cheryl ran a very smooth process of arranging viewings to suit us. A very good experience and good people!

GoogleWe've bought a flat from Prickett and Ellis in Hornsey a few years ago and were very impressed with their professional and friendly staff. We moved to Crouch End recently and pretty much didn't have to choose estate agents - although we looked around they were simply in a different league to the others. Their valuation was spot on, sales and ongoing negotiation support were first class. Don't ever underestimate the value a top quality estate agent can bring. Credit to Linda, Liam, Chris and Anne for making a complex, painful process so much easier (twice now!)

Absolutely shocking service, feel furious I had to pay them anything at all. No communication- constantly didn’t reply to calls and emails, sold the house and never even spoke to the agent- shocking! He avoided us in the street as he knew we’d ask him to answer the emails, and once even told me he had couldn’t answer my emails as was so so busy and had to dash off to an appointment so couldn’t talk and then went straight in to the local Irish pub to watch the euros!! Some of the team were helpful and friendly but the agent who sold our property unfortunately was really disinterested. Didn’t even communicate the day we exchanged or completed- all contact we had was through the solicitors. Such a shame
