Dear Mr Palmer, I think your review accusing us of manipulating your contract to get money from you is very unfair. We did no such thing. The contract was a standard one of 18 months and it was you who gave notice after 9 months that you wished to break it so you could move away from London. Your landlord could have insisted on holding you to it until the break clause kicked in after 14 months which would have meant you had to pay 5 more months rent. But he was actually very reasonable and said that he would not hold you to it, provided we could find a suitable replacement tenant and you covered the rent and our normal tenant-finder fee up until then. We then did our absolute professional best to find the suitable replacement as fast as we could to limit your costs and managed to do so after only one month. That is why I am so mystified at your unfair accusation and I think you owe us an apology Regards Prickett & Ellis

We pride ourselves on our Customer Service, as our many positive testimonials show. So it is hard to think that any of our clients will believe that such a complaint could ever apply to us. The only client we can think of who would write this, is currently refusing to pay our bill, despite us introducing the buyer for their property. They had threatened to give us a bad review if we asked for the payment due to us, so it seems this may be the result.
