GoogleThis is the second time we have sold a flat through Prickett and Ellis in Crouch End. Everything you need in an Estate Agents! Chris is very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. His frank approach to valuation and marketing is refreshing and he has worked closely with us to ensure the property is effectively marketed. 10 weeks from launch to completion! The speedy conveyance was greatly assisted by Svetlana's professional and can do approach. No request was too much trouble and she worked with all parties including both solicitors to keep the process moving. Thanks Liam, Chris and Svetlana for all your help. Would highly recommend this Estate Agent.

GooglePrickett & Ellis made selling our London flat as easy as can be. Christian gave us an indication of value based on other properties they had recently sold in the area and he fitted in with our timescales - there was no pressure for us to move quicker than we wanted. When we were ready P&E 'soft-marketed' our property using their database of potential buyers and arranged 1 day of (30+) viewings on a day which suited us. We received multiple offers on the day and we went under offer within 48 hours. The property was sold well in excess of asking price which enabled us to buy our dream home. Nyall and Chris kept us updated througout the process and the communication and turnaround times were fantastic. We moved house just over 3 months from first putting the property on the market, which is a rare thing these days! I would highly recommend P&E.

GoogleWe have no hesitation in recommending Prickett and Ellis. They knew their markets and had potential buyers lined up for viewings within a week. We had two offers before the sale went up on their website, and the house was sold within two weeks of my dropping by their office in Alexandra Park. The team were supportive of each other and of us, and we had every confidence in them throughout the whole process. They made it all very simple and, moreover, were friendly and helpful. We will certainly use them again, should the occasion arise.

GoogleTyler was wonderful I had my flat on the market with another local estate agent for 6 months, and only had 3 views. Tyler managed to sell it for me within a month to a cast iron buyer, so I would highly recommend him.

GoogleUnfortunately, it is not possible to give them a 0! Covered up the information about a very troubled closest neighborhood. All further complaints are ignored. Manipulate contracts to get money out of customers. Avoid this agency!

GoogleWe've bought a flat from Prickett and Ellis in Hornsey a few years ago and were very impressed with their professional and friendly staff. We moved to Crouch End recently and pretty much didn't have to choose estate agents - although we looked around they were simply in a different league to the others. Their valuation was spot on, sales and ongoing negotiation support were first class. Don't ever underestimate the value a top quality estate agent can bring. Credit to Linda, Liam, Chris and Anne for making a complex, painful process so much easier (twice now!)
