My first house sale and Chloe H who was my contact ,for most of the experience ,was fabulous. Always a pleasure to speak to. A busy lady who always had time for any questions etc in a professional, fun, manner. She kept me updated through out the successful process and always responded promptly to my messages.Olivia R was the excellent agent who initially contacted me to organise her visit to initiate the sales campaign. She was punctual ,smart ,professional . She had a lovely manner and guided me through the process for viewings etc and answered all my questions confidently. She continued communicating with me , keeping me up to speed all the way to viewing when she handed the reigns to Chloe. Both are a credit to a professional company as were all staff involved. We bought our new house via Preston Baker Selby and have only good things to say about the experience. Chloe Hollows and team are fantastic, friendly, professional and go above and beyond. Kept us up to date through out and really pushed for the process to remain on track - even when the situation got difficult. Cannot thank you enough and would highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

When I first came across Preston Baker, I had been looking for a property for 6 months, so the prospect of waiting 10 days for 'property launch' honestly frustrated me no end! But my mind has been completely changed, the approach feels really efficient and beneficial for seller and buyer alike. I'm just super impressed by the team, especially Olivia and Zoe, and how hard they work for their clients.PositiveProfessionalism

We can't speak highly enough of Angela Williams and Alex Renardson from Preston Baker in York. We had a few tricky moments in our recent house purchase (where Preston Baker were agents for the people from whom we were buying) and the levels of commitment, tenacity, proactivity and determination to get it over the line that was demonstrated by Angela and Alex were second to none.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We worked with Angela Williams throughout the purchase of our new home in York. She was wonderful!! We met her on the launch day for the property and she very helpfully played with our two young boys as we looked around the house! This was most appreciated so we could have a really good look at the house without kids hanging off us! She facilitated communications with the vendor and explained their journey to selling. She was genuinely really motivated to support the couple as they had had a bit of a long road to finally selling and this natural interest very reassuring. We feel that we really lucked-out in having Angela supporting us throughout our sale, a very knowledgeable, friendly, and lovely person who we feel was genuinely happy for us when our offer was accepted! Thanks Angela and the PB team :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Chloe Hollows is a true ambassador to Preston Baker. Amazing through and through. Truly tremendous and I cannot recommend highly enough. A fantastic individual and a valuable asset to Preston Baker. I cannot praise highly enough. Lindsey Palmer and Anna Green are as well, simply amazing and words cannot express highly enough how fantastic they are. We worked with PB Selby to sell our home and were initially looking to buy our next home in Selby. We met and signed up with Anna who was very professional and quick to get our property on the market. We then worked mainly with Zoe throughout who was always professional, calm, knowledgeable and very supportive. She is a great asset to the Selby team!! We also worked with Chloe who was also very professional and always helpful. Having experienced Strike throughout the process, we would never just go with the cheaper option as they were terrible. PB aren't the cheapest but we definitely felt supported and informed throughout, and through what can be a very stressful process, this was definitely worth paying for. Thank you team!! :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
