I live 160 miles away but they kept me informed by phone or email nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond to make the sale as easy as possible. GooglePoole Townsend are probably the best estate agents to use in my experience so far as regards buying and selling. I've really appreciated the work that the staff put in to sell my property, the girls are very polite, friendly and professional. They do get the job done quickly and efficiently! A big thank you to Mia, Cally and Vicky for all their help and anybody else who was involved in my sale. I will definitely use Poole Townsend again.

GoogleWe quite like this property, it appears to have everything I need. I will be making arrangements to drive up to Cumbria in the next few weeks and would like to view this one. There are a couple of other properties in Askam I wish to view too so will try and arrange a time to view those as well. Do you know if the Travel Lodge is open in Barrow as we will need somewhere to stay for a few nights. I cannot come up this week as I have viewings for my own property throughout the week and next weekend. I am also interested in some properties in Dalton too so will try and get them sorted out for viewing at the same time. I need to see the area each property is situated in to se if I will be happy living there. I am looking to buy possibly 2 properties in the same area, one for me and one for my daughter. Both properties will need to be reasonably close to each other, and around the same price. Many thanks for the viewings I have seen so far. I am a cash buyer, so no mortgages will be required. GoogleI am completely disgusted with the service received from the Barrow Branch here! Numerous issues with my rental property for over a year now and they still aren’t resolved! False promise after false promise to contact me to get them resolved and never happens. Hound you if it’s something they need doing like an inspection or boiler servicing! However when it comes to fixing problems with your rental absolutely useless and repeatedly pass the buck onto the next colleague.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I cannot speak highly enough of the girls that helped me through often difficult periods and details that I am not conversant with. I cannot praise them all highly enough. They were very responsive to emails, kept us updated throughout the process and went out of their way to help us. The sales and legal team were very professional and efficient, ensuring that everything went smoothly. A couple of the staff went above and beyond what was expected to help us with some of the issues that we had during the sale during COVID and we were very grateful for that. GoogleOn the whole very pleased with you selling our house. As it was a one way sale it was quite straight forward. The reason why I haven’t given 5 stars is because there was a mistake in the written details of the house. And a couple of times after ringing and leaving a message no one got back to me . Very nice staff friendly and helpful, apart from one member of staff who showed people round in about 2 minutes and didn’t seem to know much about it ,

GoogleMany thanks to all the staff at Poole Townsend in Kendal. Ours wasn't the most straightforward house to sell but they persevered and we got there in the end. One particular point of praise is the communication received from Poole Townsend throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better service.
