GooglePoor Townsend have had great communication in the lead up to making the decision to put our house on the market. They kindly kept in contact until we decided we were ready to proceed and then once that decision had been made they were very fast to take the photos and market the house. While the house was on the market they communicated daily to provide details of viewings that had been confirmed and following on to viewings taking place Poole Townsend promptly provided the viewers feedback. We found. Them to be friendly and efficient. We are now at the point of sold STC.

GoogleWe are just about to finally sign for our purchase of a property our of the area. The sale of our current property was handled by Poole Townsend and, even though we did not buy our next property from them, they have helped us in ways too numerous to mention as we have had quite a few hurdles to jump. We are moving out of the area and Julie (from the Grange office) has been absolutely wonderful in handling all our problems and queries. Thank you to all of you for your patience and dedication. Their solicitor Rio is a credit to them also. Jan & Ian Simpson

GoogleI can't thank Courtney enough, she goes above and beyond to help with our sale. Really cheerful and continues to keep us in the loop and seems to me she works the hardest on our behalf! The legal team not so on top of it. Very slow sale due to bottom of the chain..fingers crossed now its been 16 wks.
