GoogleAbsolutely horrendous experience renting through this company. Lettings Manager was also LL son ..was Assured of a long term let . Only to be given NTQ 8 months in and house put up for sale . Then told "it was in my own interests to comply with them in order to be given a reference for another Private Rental" They didn't even attempt to find me alternative rental property. Absolute Disgrace the way they turn Tenants over, can only hope the law will change to stop this happening. .. Wouldn't recommend them to my own worse enemy.

Google“Without Prejudice” If you are considering a rental property from this agency be aware communication skills need improving and management is very poor, repairs are never done once reported. Director never replies to complaints.

GoogleThe landlord was at the property everyday, The upstairs bath water would be warm for one second then cold Heating in the house was poor The bedroom down satires had mould The kitchen was damp and was inspected by the council The property was a 1 degree hazard I would not recommend that any tenant should live/rent that apartment 👎

GoogleNever available to view houses. Poorly trained staff in customer service e.g. taking phone numbers to keep them informed. Do not return calls. Wait two days to contact you from rightmove enquiries and sometimes don't contact at all.

GoogleAmazing experience. Very professional and extremely helpful staff. I don't believe we would have gotten our home without Liz Bromage. Landlord is also very professional and helpful. Would recommend.
