GoogleIf I could give a much lower I would! Have been trying for over a month to get my holding deposit back from these. The property is already up for let! I been to the ombudsman and they said I should have had it back by now in full. Every time I ring itβs a different excuse, not in office, on a call or they ring back which no one has ever rang me back! I am chasing most days now! I would look for somewhere else if you want to get your money back

This was a let only property, where we was waiting on information from you previous landlord as to the condition of the property. . The fact we wasnβt notified of you vacating until after the event, does not excuse the timescale but we was in the hands this person giving authority

GoogleThe experience with Pointons Estate Agent was not so good. Have reported many issues in the house over the years but they didn't get them resolved. After leaving the house, I really had to chase many times then only I got my deposit refund after 2 months

GoogleI recently completed the purchase of my first home, and would like to underscore just how integral Pointons Atherstone (and Mark Thompson in particular) were to the process. I am very, very 'green' when it comes to property and the purchase thereof, but Mark and co made it both seamless and stress-free. Indeed, Mark was instrumental in the whole process from offer to exchange, all whilst being friendly, knowledgeable and ceaselessly helpful at all times. In short, I can't recommend Mark and the staff at the Atherstone Pointons branch highly enough. They're a class act, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're seeking to buy or sell a home. This is called generating interest in readiness of a property coming to market, names contact numbers so they can call back and book a viewing when a definite date of availability it given

GoogleExtremely poor outfit I'm afraid, not only did they give a valuation around Β£120k below house valuation but when sent an email to explain they never bothered to reply. If your going to employ a valuer they need to get someone with experience, after that we had 3 more valuations all around the same figure and all 120k above Pointons valuation, so not a great advertisment for them. At least they turned up on time.

GoogleThe process of selling our property through Pointons did not run smoothly. I was disappointed with the poor communication of some staff. I even emailed James, the Director who did not reply to my email regarding issues with the service provided. Moreover, the buyerβs solicitors who were appointed through Pointons own panel solicitors caused further unnecessary delays also due to lack of communication, so I would not recommend using their panel solicitors. Overall, not a good experience as the agency focused more on profit than customer satisfaction.

Thank you for your review. For the benefit of fact, your property was marketed by another agent for months prior to our company receiving instructions. We took your property on in April, you agreed to a price reduction to market value in early May and by 17th May, offers started to be submitted, finally agreeing to the purchaser and providing us with your solicitors 25th June. You instructed your own solicitors - and didnβt use one that we recommend and at the end of the transaction on 01st October stated that if we did not reduce our fee that you would leave a poorly rated review on Google, and here we have it!
