GoogleI deal with Plaza Estates all the time through my work at a property management company in Central London. I have always found them to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. They go the extra mile to make your life easier. They have the professionalism of the large firm whilst still maintaining a personalised service.

GooglePlaza offer a very personalised service and I cannot find fault with it. Their professionalism extends to after you have moved in and you still need help irrespective of whether they manage the property. Not all estate agents offer that by any means.

GoogleFantastic customer service, very fast and helpful. A very friendly and professional service. Especially Fiona and Claudia who have always been available for us since we have been renting. I would definitely recommend Plaza Estates.

GoogleThey say that every 10 years, a relationship is ready for change or something, at least, to reinvigorate it.. not mine with Plaza, and that's where we've arrived almost to the day! They go from strength to strength, as do we by default, because they take care of every detail in a very efficient and amenable way. They are equally sensitive to both landlord and tenant, securing the path of minimum disturbance and stress. For me, their greatest triumph is in their response time, invariably by return, and therein lies just one of their keys to success, because the assurance is there long before you've had time to start worrying! Bravo to all the great individuals who make up this seriously gracious and efficient team!

GoogleI'm a landlady who has used the services of Plaza Estates for over 30 years. I would rate them 5* and the best agency in town. They are professional, efficient and friendly. Unlike most of the other larger agency chains they get the job done without bothering you with lots of unnecessary phone calls. There's an intimacy about them which has long been lost by others - many of the staff have been with them for as long as I can remember, which speaks for itself.

FacebookMy wife and I have found Claudia to be an amazing asset. We did not know the area. Claudia learned who we were, and what we were looking for. She found the perfect place for us. We owe many of our wonderful experiences in London to her thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

FacebookI've had two fantastic experiences working with Plaza Estates, where I was fortunate enough to meet Claudia Wahnich. My first experience with Plaza was in 2010 when Claudia very gracefully helped me through a nightmare landlord experience. I don't know any other agents that would have cared enough or taken the time to provide support or take action to help rectify the issues, and Claudia went above and beyond. This is because Claudia genuinely wants to see the best for her clients, and I have again experienced her efforts in this regard when she helped me in my search for a new home in April this year. As I was moving back from the US for work, I had planned a week-long trip to London to find a new home ahead of my move. I was worried this was not enough time, bu with Claudia's help, I could have come for only one day. Claudia has a gift not only for quickly understanding what her clients are looking for but also for identifying the options that best meet those needs. In one day we saw 6 flats, all of which I liked. My top choice was of course more than I wanted to pay, but Claudia helped me negotiate a fair price and I am still loving my new home (where I also have a great landlord). Thank you Claudia and Plaza!
