GoogleThis review has been a long time coming….! We’ve been dealing with Platform Property since 2016. They are not like your usual estate agents, they are realists & professional. We sold our house with them 2 years ago & from inception to completion Stuart, but mainly Rachel were fantastic. Rachel is tenacious, we had a tricky onward purchase & she did a fantastic job with dealing with them, and doing a better job than they did! We highly recommend Platform Property for their expertise & professionalism.

GoogleExcelent place to live, the staff is very friendly. When I asked for a viewing, Amanda took the time to walk me through different flat options in order to find the right fit. Now that I'm living here, it is great to see that the staff is also involved in providing comfort to the Platform_ residents and organizing cool events like karaoke night and Dounught day.

GoogleMoved into platform and I could not be happier. Staff are absolutely brilliant and are extremely helpful! Amenities are always well kept care of and clean! Having a park in the complex is a Godsend! Having 3 under 3 is extremely stressful at the best of times😂so having a place for them to burn their energy has been great🤣! PLATFORM_ also enjoy celebrating holidays such as Easter by adding baskets of chocolate at the gallery for all to enjoy and more so recently DONUT day, which us residents had some delicious donuts which we throughly enjoyed! We also have had a few nights which was organised by the team in which we can meet up with other residents and have a laugh such as painting night and soon Karaoke night🙊 Never had an issue that’s not been resolved here no matter how big or small! Big shout out to Kate who helped us with the whole process from start to finish and continues to be there for our family! Kate is an extreme asset to PLATFORM_, she always has a smile on her face, always happy to help and is a great listener! I definitely think she deserves a bonus🤣🤍!!!

GoogleMy wife and I moved to Platform recently with our two dogs and the experience has been fantastic. The building is well designed, in a great location and our dealings with the staff have been great. Amanda and Vasili have been welcoming and very professional and it helped us feel at home straight away. There is a challenge with parking which we understand is being sorted out with a neighbouring site but that has been the only minor issue. Love it and highly recommended!!!

GoogleWe have just moved in today, with the great help from Rachel, one of the staff. She made sure that we were okay and checked up on us while we were going through the process of getting the flat. She has been a great help and has gone above and beyond to help me and my partner through the paperwork. The building is beautiful and well decorated, our apartment is beautiful and has been fully cleaned before we moved in. We have a part furnished apartment and the furnishings are really good quality. Platform_ is welcoming to all pets which is great for us. I am so happy to be living in such a beautiful apartment, in a great building. The apartments are very spacious, we are in a 1 bedroom apartment.

GooglePlatform Property were the Estate Agent of the sellers of the flat I recently purchased. George Peters dealt with the transaction. George could not have been more friendly or helpful. Even though he wasn't working for me, George went to no end of trouble to help and answer any questions I had. He even chased up on matters solicitors should have been dealing with to get completion over the line. If/when I come to sell my flat, I will have no hesitation in approaching Platform Property to act as my estate agent. Thanks again for all your help George.

Thoroughly professional and proactive approach from the initial engagement through to exchange of contracts. This included liaising effectively with both conveyancers, mortgage brokers and other parties. Communication excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleReally annoying sound on Block C from a water pipe. Have been complaining for two months now and nothing is being done! Big promises and shiny paper wrap from outside but really cheap and PLATFORM not really caring about any issues residents bring up! Avoid !

GoogleMy agent was Vasili. He is really approachable, patient and helpful starting from room viewing, flat issues enquiry and room moving. He showed high-quality customer services by providing a full review of different types of flats with proper advice based on personal preference, responding quickly for any property questions (i.e. council tax, various bills) and offering help to build furnitures. The property - PLATFORM is all good now as just moving in - the open places including the 19th floor balcony bar, study room, game room are all amazing. And this is also gym and pet-friendly property, which is a really good choice to live. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
