GoogleStayed in Platform for 5 months Lovely properties/ammenties, nice location, energy efficient/cheap to run, and the staff/residents are a good bunch. A point to note, and the reason I chose Platform_ in the first place, is rental is very flexible with a 28 day notice period, great if you are doing contract work. Kate helped me throughout the process, arranged a number of viewings for different flats, assisted with selection, and worked hard to get me living there within a fortnight. Overall, a great experience.

GoogleI had the amazing opportunity of having a view with Kate for one of PLATFORMs apartments and it being available in the exact same day of the viewing. It has been a very great experience. People are always very helpful and responsive. I also love the fact they organize small events which helps people like me who moved from other countries meet other people from PLATFORM.

GoogleThere are annoying sounds coming from the water pipes in Block C for months now. Sadly, all the complaints addressed to the building manager have been ignored

GoogleHaving annoying sounds from the water pipes on BLOCK C for months now , to the point where we wake up in the middle of the night .. We have made complaints to the building manager but every time they come with various excuses and unfortunately nothing is actually being done to fix this issue..

GoogleI'm visibly trans, moving to a city (and country) where I know nobody and did the viewing virtually, so there was a lot that could have gone wrong, but moving here with my trusty pooch Rufus the wire haired sausage dog was the best decision i've made. I'm in a studio apartment, which is a great size for me and has good storage, and it's also soundproofed so I don't hear anyone upstairs banging about (and I know they have a doggo too as we met on our walk!). The location is 15 mins walk from everything really and walking along the Clyde won't get old anytime soon. Most of the team are FANTASTIC. Huge shout outs to Amanda, Kate and the GM, Duncan, who consistently go above + beyond for guests and really do care and take time to get to know the guests. I'm really excited to get to explore this city and Platform is my safe space to do that. Most of the other residents are lovely, and excited to get to know people more through socials etc, but have already met some awesome people just from pottering around and coworking.

GoogleGood if you have pets Pros Pet friendly Nice modern houses Good maintenance team Con Very high rent for cardiff standards The concierge team were of no help the few times I had asked for help (especially Rachel) Some dog owners leave their dog without lead and there is dog poop everywhere in the terrace. Grocery store like Asda, Lidl quite far from this building so have to relay on uber delivery or deliveroo.

GoogleWe've been extremely pleased with the service received so far in the sale of our shared ownership property. Mark Floyd came to assess it and to discuss the sale process. I really appreciate Mark's realistic and calm approach to all the stages of the process so far - he clearly has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. He's been very responsive, well-organised and approachable. He made sure that those who showed an interest in our property understood what shared ownership meant. Within a week we had three viewings and three offers - now have a buyer. Hoping to write another glowing review when we’ve completed on the sale.

GoogleI’ve been a resident here for a month now and absolutely love it. The building is fantastic, the staff team are incredible (shout out to Amanda and Kate!), I couldn’t ask for more for city living as well as perfect location between city centre and finnieston.

GoogleMy partner and I have been looking to find a new home for ourselves (and our cat) and after several viewings in Glasgow we attended a fantastic one with Kate at Platform today. She gave the warmest welcome and accomodated to every one of our requests, questions, concerns, ultimately landing us a flat that we are extremely excited to move into soon! Fantastic staff and customer service experience and honestly cannot wait to start living here!
