We had a wonderful experience visiting Platform Glasgow. From the beginning, we explained to Amanda that we came because our autistic son wanted to see the complex. She was incredibly kind and immediately offered to give us a tour of the building so that our son, Maxi, could take some photos. At the end of the visit, she even gave some gifts to the kids, which made the experience even more special. Her attention, kindness, and genuine care truly stood out. Thank you, Amanda, for making our visit so memorable!

I spent four months living at Platform_ with my wife and newborn baby. We had a brilliant time thanks to the combination of top‑tier facilities, central location and genuinely helpful staff. From day one, the building’s amenities set a high bar. The gym is spacious, equipped with modern cardio machines, free weights, and space to stretch. The condition was always impeccably clean. The rooftop areas offered great views of the river and city. The lobby area was very well designed with relaxing and comfortable furniture. It was a great space to pick up a coffee, especially on the day free donuts were provided. The staff also did an excellent job of arranging social events for the residents. We went along to the mochi making class and the pottery evening. Both times we had lots of fun. Being new to Glasgow Amanda, on the front desk, was amazing at making us settle in by recommending baby-friendly activities in the local area. Big shout out too to Janice and the rest of the front desk staff who were friendly and supported us with all our queries.

I really enjoyed my stay at PLATFORM. The staff were always friendly, its always kept clean and the gym was always well maintained. Any problems (there was only the boiler i couldn't figure out how to get it working) it was fixed super quick. There was little noise on my side and I never used the heating once because its so well insulated. I enjoyed the evening events they hold also. A happy living experience for me. Thank you

I moved out of PLATFORM_ three months ago. Recently, a few of my parcels were mistakenly sent to my old address. I received an email yesterday from the concierge team asking me to collect them. I made the trip the very next day, only to be told by a concierge named Amanda that the parcels had been binned simply because I no longer live there. I was shocked, especially since I came promptly after being notified. I politely asked to check the parcel room myself, but she refused and was quite dismissive. Thankfully, another concierge was much more understanding and helpful. She brought me to the parcel room and store room, and we managed to find one of the four parcels I had been expecting. It's really upsetting to know that some of my parcels were just thrown away without giving me a reasonable chance to retrieve them. I understand policies may apply, but basic courtesy and a bit of flexibility, especially when contact was initiated from their side, go a long way. Very disappointing experience.

Having just bought our lovely new home with platform property we can highly recommended them. We only found it because of Yasmine’s relentless insistence we would love this house, despite me having scrolled passed it! Our sales progresser, Lucy, was instrumental in pushing though our exchange of contracts, she worked with the other agents and solicitors involved to get us over the line within a very tight timescale.
