GoogleMy house sale was nothing but tricky for many reasons, however the team at Platform worked hard to progress the sale, manage a difficult chain to completion and offer reassurance during the process. Special thanks to Toni, who took on many tasks over and above her role to facilitate the sale.
Nicola thank you for leaving us this great review!

GoogleI can highly recommend Platform Property ,who we have dealt with 3 times over the last 5 years . The whole team are very professional and make you feel very confident in the way they handle your sale . They work closely as a team and once you have a sale ,they guide you very efficiently through the process always on hand to speak to you on phone or return emails very professionally and promptly . I would highly recommend Platform Property and wouldnβt use any other agent . The hours they work are much more practical to contact them , which is a huge bonus when you are trying to get in touch with them and the team are very professional. I congratulate them all on their excellent service.
Pat thank you for taking the time to leave this brilliant review. We always enjoy our dealings with you and we are delighted to have impressed you three times now! Take care and we hope to speak again soon. Best, Tom & The Platform Property team.

GoogleThe staff is very disrespectful. The staff threatened to evict my friend or in their own words "throw us out" just because we unknowingly threw a glass bottle in the communal bin. Both these female and male staff members have been verbally aggressive and threatening. This is not something anyone would tolerate as a tenant and I would not recommend anyone living here as they have pathetic staff who have not been trained on how to treat tenants even with the exorbitant rent they charge!

GoogleMy Client and I met with Sara at the Platform office/site and she was so helpful showing us two available one bed apartments and then also the show flat to show the excellent furnishings provided if required. a very good gym is part of the package there and a lovely roof terrace for the tenants. She also answered all the questions my client needed to know to rent one of these apartments. Recommend them highly.
