I am a landlord with double figure rental properties in Chesterfield and have partnered Pinewoods for 14 years. Very professional and handle all of the numerous situations that arise from owning a rental property efficiently.

I had a few hiccups to start with as it was a complicated handover but all the little issues were dealt with by Chelsea who was fabulous. It was during lockdown and she took it on herself to resolve the issues I had (mainly because of the lockdown situation and no one working). Genuinely kind and considerate and understanding, Chelsea was extremely efficient too.

I found Hayley at the Chesterfield branch to be extremely helpful & professional. Her communication skills were superb. I have bought & sold via many other agents & sometimes its like pulling teeth. All our dealings were open, positive & productive. The only thing that is lacking is a branch in Sheffield. I wish all agents worked in this way.

We recently sold our property with pinewood. As soon as we agreed for it to be placed on the market with them, they brought the forsale board out within the first two hours which we felt was a great start showing efficiency and wasting no time. Tom Alberts took control of our sale and he was amazing from start to finish, answered every email or phone call within a few hours and if we had a problem he would always go out of his way to sort it. This is our 3rd move and it's been the best estate agents we have used and would highly recommend Tom and the team at pinewood. The only thing that let them down was the solicitors they used in their package Elliot Mathers as we felt we may have done the work ourselves. But as pinewood goes couldn't fault them. Thanks again Tom for your fantastic customer service and efficiency. Thanks Ryan and Emma

I am struggling to think of words that describe just how exceptional Pinewood have been. They have been amazing from start to finish, all the staff have been brilliant, but an extra special mention goes to Hayley who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They have been truly awesome and would without doubt highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling a property.

The purchase was a prolonged process owing to probate and our vendor's incompetent solicitors (They lost the deeds, didn't action things when necessary, lost meter readings, the list goes on). However; Abbie at Pinewood kept on the case, pushing solicitors and contacting us every day - more if necessary. We highly recommend their services.

My partner and I were struggling to find a place that we liked. When we finally found it through this agency and we applied for it we were extremely delighted. The place is fantastic and on top of that Georgia was so nice to us. Very helpful and absolutely amazing. Best agency that I have ever dealt with.

I bought a property up for sale with Pinewoods in May 2022. From the moment I contacted the office to arrange a viewing to the moment I got the keys all the staff were incredible, especially my sales negotiator. Moving house can be a stressful time but I was kept up to date all the way through and even got a welcome hamper when I completed. Thank you so much for all your help!!
