Having had poor experiences in the past with letting agents I’ve now found a gem with this one. As a landlord with one apartment I’ve been impressed by a keen young team providing a quality service tailored to meet my demands. Throughout my second letting experience with the Chesterfield team I’ve again received great communication and expert guidance when I needed it. I wish them every success in these really difficult times and I wholeheartedly commend them to any landlord wishing to let their property.

Can not thank Chelsey enough for all her help along the way with the purchase of our house. Even though she wasn’t our agent as we was buying, she still took everything seriously. Chased up and help sort out issues so that we could finally move.

I have been a landlord for nearly 30 years and over this period I must have bought and sold over 50 properties and dealt with over a dozen Estate Agents. In all the time I never NEVER met anymore with the customer service skills shown by Chelsey. She has gone above and beyond what would be expected to ensure the entire sales process was seamless from start to finish

Chelsey was more than helpful throughout the buying process. As first time buyers we needed some help with understanding the process and all the legal terminology. She always went the extra mile for us to explain, chase queries, and make sure that everyone involved was on the same page. She was invaluable in this process, and without her I believe everything would have taken much longer to complete. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.

I have used pine wood to purchase and sell a number of properties in the past few years. Hayley was involved in the sale and purchase of my recent family home. This transaction was very complex and complicated. Hayley and the team at pinewood were outstanding. They were key to ensuring the already stressful situation was always progressed. I don’t think the sale would have gone ahead without their hard work and dedication.

Living miles away from the property we were selling the agent was very flexible in helping with viewings and follow up tasks. The fixed priced package also took away the stress of finding a solicitor.

I could not recommend Natalie Hand enough. Not only does she deserve a great review she also deserves a medal for putting up with me and guiding me through the process of letting. Always quick to respond and help me understand no matter how silly the question. I really appreciate how easy Natalie has made this process for me. Thank you again.

The Pinewood teams, from each branch have pulled together to resolve my issue, an issue that has been ongoing with the tenant for months, the team have been monitoring the situation and have provided the right guidance for me to make effective decisions throughout the process. They have been supporting me on a daily basis and have made me feel like a priority in their busy schedules even to the point where they would step in and represent me in court so that I can continue with my busy schedule.

I have been with a number of estate agents and pinewood are by far the best. They have really clear processes and are incredibly professional. Anytime I have issue it's dealt with within the week. Everyone is friendly. When they explained all the methods they do things I had no doubt that I would be treated fairly and the place I would be renting would be up to a high standard.

We've had an all round great experince with Pinewood. Abbie handled the purchase for our first home and from the start she was so helpful in everything from explaining the steps involved, accommodating any requests we had made and keeping us promptly up to date with any developments. In what is no doubt a very busy time for estate agents we were very impressed! Thank you, Abbie!

From enquiry to offer to completion Abbie was the epitome of professional. She handled all our enquires with super speed, ensured we fully understood what was communicated. Whenever I had an issue she would sort it (not Pinewoods fault at all I’d like to point out) - going above and beyond her role. This was the first time we’ve gone through an estate agencies as we’ve only ever bought new build homes before but if we ever sell our home again we will use Pinewood. Also 7 weeks from offer accepted to completion, very happy with that! Thank you!

I'm delighted with the service from Pinewood Properties. As a first-time tenant, and with no background knowledge of dealing with rental properties I was pretty anxious about the move and process. I received the best customer service from the start, had everything explained clearly and no question was too much. From the initial application to the handover of the keys, Pinewood Properties made the process seamless.

Pinewood properties have been very professional in their dealings with me. They have proved to be very competent and have a good selection of tradespeople to deal with all issues that arise with the building. The prices they get are reasonable and work is done promptly. This keeps the tenant happy and it’s good for the building. I am a very satisfied customer.

We live in New Zealand and own 2 properties back in our home town of Chesterfield, so we needed someone to look after the houses and the tenants…someone we could fully trust. We were with another rental company to begin with and we were not happy with the care we/our tenants received, so were very wary of other companies. We were recommended Pinewood by a friend of ours and are so glad they did! We have rented out our properties with Pinewood for about 12 years now and have absolutely zero complaints. ALL staff we have dealt with have been amazing over the years…friendly, helpful, professional. We would highly recommend Pinewood to others!
