People of their word, Work very well as a team, our main contact was Dean who worked with all parties using good relationship based techniques to find the best solution for seller and ourselves as buyers. With his help we found the house in a particular road we liked and with minimum of hassle taking just 2 months from start to finish.

We had a few setbacks in the process but everyone worked so hard to get the job done. A special mention must go to Caroline for keeping us sane with her attention to detail, perseverance and keeping us so brilliantly informed and to Dean for his enthusiasm and positivity. GoogleFrom the outset to completion on our new property just over a week ago, we enjoyed a helpful and friendly service from the Pettengells (Highcliffe) team, who always answered our queries promptly and reassuringly. Certainly, their local knowledge of the area was especially valuable, together with a courteous approach made for a positive experience.
