GoogleWe chose Pettengells Estate Agents, as they seem to sell more properties or have more properties sold in their windows. We have had dealings with them before and can't fault them, very friendly and understanding

GoogleI have just bought a house where Pettengells was the agent for the seller. Despite this, I received excellent service from them regarding my numerous requests for information and support. I would like to thank Stuart for his great service.

GoogleWe had a great service from Dean and the team. We sold a property for a deceased estate and as we live 170 miles away they also carried out regular checks on the empty property for us. Always available and helpful when we called. Completed a good sale for us with no hassle. Very professional.

GoogleExcellent experience with this company. Desperately needed to be moved in before my baby was born and they helped make that happen. Caroline was especially helpful and worked wonders to help us! Very impressed and would recommend.

GoogleWe’d been looking for a year with no joy, then Dean came up trumps with a house beyond what we ever thought we could afford in the Highcliffe area. We’ve exchanged, and are about to move in. Dean’s provided us with a helpful, attentive service throughout. He certainly knows how to match people to properties.

GoogleDean and the rest of team at Highcliffe Pettengells have helped us move twice now. Each time it has been an extremely professional, friendly and stress free experience. Every time we had a question to ask, we were able to speak to someone quickly and get it resolved. I would not hesitate to use Pettengells again and would recommend them to anybody.

GoogleI have been exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Pettengells. Where most estate agents excel in bluster, Dean, Adrian and Caroline have stuck to the facts and focused on advice and support. I'm especially thankful for the honesty they have shown me throughout this very difficult process. I have no hesitation in recommending Pettengells for your sale and/or purchase.

GoogleDean at Pettengells was a huge help to me as I was moving from some distance away. I told him my requirements and as soon as something became available he called me. He didn’t pressure me but simply gave me time to assess if the property was for me (which it was). From then on in he kept me informed about the progress of my purchase and when finally the time came to collect the keys he waited until I could get down to Highcliffe to collect them. He has a calm manner which is just what is needed. The other staff at Pettengells were also very helpful and pleasant at all times. I really recommend this estate agency for their friendly professionalism.

GoogleWe are almost completing on our house, with Pettengells acting as both ours and our sellers agents. The whole process has been smooth, with Caroline and Dean being communicate and open throughout the process. Dean has been brilliant overall- we doubt we would have been successful in finding this house without him. He remembered us from a previous viewing, and contacted us to inform of a property upcoming to the market. It was all very swift and well managed- We cannot thank Dean and the team enough. Highly recommend Pettengells Highcliffe branch!
