Would love to put Zero stars if i could. I would never ever use Pettengells New Milton ever Again they valued our property well over what is was worth to make us go with them we only wanted one agent to try and keep the agents fees to a minimum . They were totally useless I ended up dealing with our buyers and negotiating the final selling price which ended up being £140,000 less than they valued it at, I would neverrecommend this branch to anyone then they had a cheek to ask for the full selling fees I emailed the company and we agreed a slightly less commission to them but it still worked out to be over £4000 money for old rope if you ask me they even did a viewing on a Saturday with someone who knew nothing about our property, what a complete shambles.

We have bought and sold many properties over the years in various locations and just moved to this unknown part of the country so a lot of homework was needed in order to find the right property in the right area. To be honest I have very little faith with estate agents , having dealt with many over the years, so it was lovely to actually find one who was honest and really make you feel comfortable. Step forward the Highcliffe branch of Pettengells, and in particular Dean and Caroline who dealt with our purchase, and to be honest they could not have been more helpful. They actually took the time to understand what we were looking for and were honest with answering our questions, nothing was too much for them which made us feel at ease.
