Having just completed the sale of my mother's flat I'm so grateful to the team at Pettengells Highcliffe for the effort and hard work to make this happen. All dealings with the company were professional and friendly and I was always kept fully informed of developments. A special mention to Caroline for making it a stress free process with her attention to detail and organisational skills and also for arranging house clearance, electrical and gas surveys and metre readings. If you're buying or moving in the Highcliffe area, I can't recommend Pettengells highly enough.

Very helpful team, Simon in particular. I had to sell my Grandfathers property after his passing, which was over 100 miles away from where I live. I visited them once to put it on the market and the team took care of the rest, saving me a lot of time, trouble and travelling. Not only did they handle all of the viewings and standard procedures, but they also helped by arranging things like boiler services, taking final meter reads and suggesting local removal companies etc, which made the whole sale process very smooth and less work/stress for me. A very good experience overall.

We have bought and sold many properties over the years in various locations and just moved to this unknown part of the country so a lot of homework was needed in order to find the right property in the right area. To be honest I have very little faith with estate agents , having dealt with many over the years, so it was lovely to actually find one who was honest and really make you feel comfortable. Step forward the Highcliffe branch of Pettengells, and in particular Dean and Caroline who dealt with our purchase, and to be honest they could not have been more helpful. They actually took the time to understand what we were looking for and were honest with answering our questions, nothing was too much for them which made us feel at ease. I do a fair amount of reviews and only speak as I find . I give credit where it is due and this team have certainly earned their top review. Dean at Pettengells was a huge help to me as I was moving from some distance away. I told him my requirements and as soon as something became available he called me. He didn’t pressure me but simply gave me time to assess if the property was for me (which it was). From then on in he kept me informed about the progress of my purchase and when finally the time came to collect the keys he waited until I could get down to Highcliffe to collect them. He has a calm manner which is just what is needed. The other staff at Pettengells were also very helpful and pleasant at all times.
