GoogleAll the staff at Pettengells especially Caroline were really helpful during my move from Bedfordshire to Highcliffe. I don't think I could have done it without their help and support especially when solicitors were not as fast and efficient as I thought they should be! They even recommended an excellent decorator who is busy transforming my property. Thank you to all the staff.

GoogleWe’d been looking for a year with no joy, then Dean came up trumps with a house beyond what we ever thought we could afford in the Highcliffe area. We’ve exchanged, and are about to move in. Dean’s provided us with a helpful, attentive service throughout. He certainly knows how to match people to properties.

GoogleDean, Caroline and Adrian did a superb job marketing and closing the sale of late Mother In Laws bungalow. They were very proactive in communication keeping us fully informed at every stage. GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Dean, Tracey and Caroline regarding the sale of my late mother's flat in Highcliffe. I hear a lot about estate agents being up there with bankers, solicitors and used car salesmen as 'easy to hate' individuals. These guys were far from it - a pleasure to work with, honest, caring and never afraid to tell me if things weren't quite right. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleThe move from Barton on Sea to Highcliffe should have been easy, but we had a list of 'should have' features. It took us around a year to find our ideal home. Much of this time was spent studying properties on Right Move and Zoopla. Dean at Pettengells, Highcliffe took us to view several potential properties, and kept us updated as new ones came on the market. He realised that we had lived at our old house for many years and wanted to be certain about the choice of a new 'address'. He was patient, understanding and wanted to help. Eventually, we found the home we had been looking for. Pettengells in 1981 had 'sold' us our old house, but this was really despite the agent who almost lost the sale. Pettengells 2017 were a great help, and we have no hesitation in recomending this Estate Agent.
