An impressive Estate Agent in Highcliffe, Dorset. We bought our new home through Pettengells, they have gone 'above and beyond' our expectations. From the moment Kevin came to see our place, we had viewings lined up almost immediately and a were kept up to date with the feedback. They always returned our calls when asked to and a special shout out to Matthew who provided such a calming, reassurance when things seemed to be getting a little stressful in the chain. Sold at a reasonable price which shows it was priced correctly from the off with no over promising from the estate agent as some do. Very helpful team, Simon in particular. I had to sell my Grandfathers property after his passing, which was over 100 miles away from where I live. I visited them once to put it on the market and the team took care of the rest, saving me a lot of time, trouble and travelling. Not only did they handle all of the viewings and standard procedures, but they also helped by arranging things like boiler services, taking final meter reads and suggesting local removal companies etc, which made the whole sale process very smooth and less work/stress for me.
